Dear esteemed representatives of Daumann Heavy Construction,
On behalf of the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts, I, Spezialagent Franz Müller, extend my cordial greetings to you. I write to you today to propose a potential cooperation that would greatly benefit both our organizations.
As part of some internal changes within our agency, we have identified a need for support in the area of transport and logistics. We believe that your organization possesses the expertise and capabilities to provide the necessary support to help us achieve our goals.
The focus of this proposed cooperation would be on the timely and efficient delivery of various goods to our stations. This would entail close collaboration between your organization and our own logistics department to ensure that our stations are adequately supplied.
In addition to the financial benefits that this cooperation would provide, we believe that this partnership would also serve to enhance your organization's reputation within Rheinland. As a government agency, we pride ourselves on our commitment to fair and timely payments to our partners.
However, we must make it clear that this cooperation would be subject to certain conditions. In order to carry out this task, your organization will be granted permission to operate within the Westerwald and Sector 7. However, any information that you may come across during your operations must be kept strictly confidential and not made public. Furthermore, we will need to conduct thorough background checks on all your employees and conduct occasional interviews.
We assure you that you will always be informed in advance of which goods are to be delivered, and that we will work closely with your organization to ensure that all our requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
If you find this offer to be of interest, we kindly request that you contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss the matter further.

Sehr geheert Spezialagent Müller,
I, Rupert Gehrig, Betriebsleiter of Daumann Heavy Construction, thank you for your offer, and will serve as liaison between Die Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts and our company.
We have always been open to business with Rheinland law enforcements, and we value this partnership as an opportunity for Daumann to contribute to the efforts of the House to remain a force to be reckoned with.
As you mentioned, the delivery of goods is one of our many areas of expertise. Our pilots are trained to deal with every type material, be it aimed at civil use and consumption, to military, dangerous products.
For our transports to be granted passage through the Westerwald and Sektor-7, we will need the necessary authorisations, and the proper paperwork to be done, which I believe will not be an issue.
With regard to the background checks of our employees, be assured that we will provide the records and files of the company necessary for your investigation to proceed, and that our pilots will comply with the controls imposed by this enterprise.
We believe that a renewable contract of a six-months duration is appropriate. It gives both Die Büro and our company full latitude to reassess the priorities of our cooperation, and negotiate them every six months.
Once again, this partnership is an opportunity for Daumann to contribute to the well-being of the House. As such, we offer a symbolic payment of 1.000.000 Sirius credits for the first six months, and a regular payment of 200.000.000 Sirius credits every six months, should the contract be renewed. Furthermore, the Büro would warrant its assistance in Daumann’s security-related, research and development projects. As requested, the operations conducted within the scope of this contract will remain confidential. Reports and ship manifests will be marked down as requiring a specific security clearance, as a form of read-only files.
Given the nature of this contract, I reckon you would want to keep this contract under the radar. Nonetheless, I will ask the question: would you rather sign an official contract, or keep this transmission as a common understanding?
Please, let me know if this deal is suitable for your organisation, if you need more information, or if you want to negotiate some of the clauses above.
I eagerly await your answer, and am looking forward for our cooperation.
With utmost respect,
Rupert Gehrig
Operation Manager,
Daumann Heavy Construction.
I am pleased to inform you that your expressed interest in collaborating with the authorities of Rheinland is highly appreciated. Such cooperation, I believe, will offer significant advantages to both parties, and notably to the entire Rheinland territory.
In compliance with the requirements of the security protocols, I shall provide you with a permit for entry into the Westerwald and Sector 7. I shall also communicate with other relevant government agencies to ensure that your work is carried out smoothly and without interruption.
As Sector 7 is heavily fortified by a minefield and multiple weapon platforms, I kindly request that you provide identification for the ships that will deliver the goods. Such information will enable us to add the vessels to the system, and consequently enhance our monitoring and control capabilities.
Regarding payment, kindly provide the account to which the funds should be credited. We shall notify you of any extensions as early as possible, but no later than a month before the contract expires.
While we appreciate your proposal on general security-related research and development projects, I must inform you that each project will have to undergo individual assessments. This approach will ensure that we tailor our support to the specific needs and requirements of each project. Nevertheless, we assure you of our unwavering commitment to supporting your endeavors to the best of our abilities.
As you have aptly observed, discretion is of utmost importance, and we fully endorse the non-disclosure of this contract. Be assured that your services will be recognized and taken into account favorably.
If you have no objections, I shall take immediate steps towards initiating this partnership between Daumann Heavy Construction and the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts.
