Respected citizens, traders, and pilots,

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is hereby placing a Level 3 - Reconsider Travel travel warning advisory for the Dublin system in light of increasing Corsair raider presence. We ask transport captains to coordinate with assets of the Police Authority until the Armed Forces relocate sufficient units to contain the raiders to fringe regions of the system. We also instruct pilots to avoid travel into the mining zone unless under escort.
