With the large influx of new recruits, the First Armada is eking towards finishing the Insurgency campaign that was won thanks to the fearless strategy and sacrifice of Admiral Dylan Brandt and the Delaware. Due to this, we would like to extend a helping hand to any arrivals of refugees, undocumented immigrants, and casualties that may have found their way to the Pennsylvania system. To show we take the support of Pennsylvania seriously, our own PEGASUS division flagship the Astrosailor has arrived at Harrisburg Station in Planet Erie orbit.

All incoming refugees and immigrant transports are advised to first dock at Harrisburg Station where our support staff is stationed. Free supplies and medical care will be provided, along with free screening for any potential diseases. There might be the occasional scan of arriving passengers' history and affiliation, but that is merely for the protection of the transport ship's captains and the safety of the rest of the passengers.

Everyone on Erie knows Harrisburg is not fit to process refugees. What good is a dirty low-gravity factory for them? It's a big local industrial employer, and can you guess why it was chosen? All the Harrisburg higher-ups are on Liberty govt payroll...

If Liberty really wanted to help the victims of their war, they would have invested the cost of this operation into Erie instead!

I'm glad that the First Armada is offering to help refugees and undocumented immigrants, but I'm concerned about the motives behind this offer. It's no secret that the military-industrial complex is a powerful force in our society, and I'm worried that these refugees will be used to fill the LPI's Production Quotas.

I've heard stories of refugees being forced to sign contracts to work in the Texas System, and I'm concerned that this is happening here. I urge the First Armada to be transparent about its intentions and to ensure that these refugees are given a choice about their future.

We have a responsibility to help those in need, but we also have a responsibility to protect their rights. I hope that the First Armada will do everything it can to ensure that these refugees are treated with dignity and respect.
