I'll be upfront with you. I have no idea who this is going to reach. This destination is pulled together from a mixture of word of mouth and smooth talking to less scrupulous people.

My name is Thomas Kissinger. I'm the Captain of a Battlecruiser, the John Rorke. Specifically a Judicator-Class.
Yea... an Insurgency runaway Capital ship offering to help. Thrilling, i know.

I fully expect this offer to go rejected outright. I wouldn't blame you, i'd ignore me if i were you. Our involvement would probably make things worse and give Liberty more ammunition to feed the populace, but you miss every shot you don't fire, so here i am.

We've been out of contact for some time, and upon breaking out of the mess we started in, a few friendly faces brought me up to speed on what's happened in Penn. My condolences.
Myself and my Crew would like to offer our support, in whatever way we can, for you people.

Throwing my own words under the shuttle here, i'm afraid the Rorke is in poor shape for a stand up fight, she's more or less hacked together out of three different ships, plus civilian salvage. But i don't expect your situation to resolve itself with simple violence alone. We've just spent too long learning that lesson.

Thats... yea, that's it. I'm sorry i can't offer more than some vague words of support from the crew of a half broken ship, but if there's something we can do for you, well, your peers where we are should have our Neural-Net comms up and running soon. Even if our long range is still fried and short range is spotty. Shoot me one if you've got something, half my crew are ship-breakers and dock workers and i practically oversaw putting this thing together.

I am Dr. John Holliday, resident of Erie and representative of the Zoner people. I have been reviewing your initial transmission for several days now in thought.
