My salutations to the esteemed Commanding members of the Crayter Republic. I am Rear Admiral Maria Uhmen of the Forty-Sixth Liberty Navy Fleet, Flag and Commanding Officer of the "Osiris"-class battleship Akhetaten. I may or may not be recognizable to you, but that is besides the point at the current occasion.
I am, obviously, aware that the Forty-Sixth Fleet has came into contact with you before and that our organizations have a project that is still on-going, a project which albeit it's status is not the subject of this transmission. Make no mistake, esteemed representatives, the Forty-Sixth does not value Project Supremacy any less than we did two years ago. Simply put, a number of factors have pushed our focus away from it; Fleet Admiral Horatio Creed's resignation and passing, and Liberty's efforts against the Insurgency and the liberation of Planet Veracruz.
I am instead hoping to re-ignite the flames of the cooperation of our organizations in a different way, one that is perhaps more down-to-ground than our previous endeavours and will not pose a sizeable obstacle in either of our courses.
Thus, the Forty-Sixth Fleet High Command wants to put forward a request, in light of Project Supremacy and the cooperation of the Libertonian Armed Forces and the Crayterian Republic. We believe that it would be of utmost benefit to the relations between our organizations to engage in a wing exchange; the Forty-Sixth Fleet will offer Crayter Military a wing of Defender-class fighters - in return, the Crayter Military will offer Forty-Sixth Fleet a wing of Nyx-class fighters.
You, esteemed representatives, will be the judge whether our request is be something simple, or something largely complicated. What I consider a fact, however, is that it is a further solidification of our alliance.
