Greetings Outward Assemble recipient,

My Name is Marrok Cross of the Former Liberty Insurgency, I will be soon flying under the Corsair's banner, but to the reason I am contacting you today. You see the Battlegroup I will be apart of will likely operating out of Omicron Nu. As it stands your station "Rarotonga Dock" is the only station in the system that could possible allow us a place to make minor repairs and restock. Now I do not speak for the Battlegroup and as of now I am only requesting access to the station for the Montana. Werther or not the other captains wish to request the same is up to them. Of course our operation will more then likely draw the attention of the Liberty Navy, rest assured when they are in system we will do everything we can to avoid being seen near the station. We will of course also pay for all the resources we need to maintain the Montana. We will also pledge our ship to the defenses of the station should the need ever arise.

We usually don’t limit visitors by their gender, sexual preferences, their background or ship type. As long as you weren’t caught in something really nasty against Outworlders(or Phoenix in specific) , our allies you are welcome to enjoy Rarotonga dock services as any other installation under our banner.

Furthermore your presence around Rarotonga could be a useful, as per Liberty annexation of the Erie I doubt they will stop on acquiring other’s assets.
