Greetings fellow Battlegroup Halberd captains, you may have met me at the summit on Crete. For those of you who have not I am Marrok Cross, I captain the INS Montana a Arbiter class battleship. As most of you are well aware our friends in the DTR have run into some push back form other factions in the Corsair empire. Since orders came done from our "command" I have moved the Montana to Nu and have since gained access to the Zoner base of Rarotonga Dock. I invite all my fellow captains to Omicron Nu to begin our operations in Liberty, or at the very least gather to plan our next move.

While my permission to dock at Rarotonga was negotiated for the Montana, I'm sure Outworder Assembly will not be apposed to allowing more of our ships to dock. While we still lack a shipyard to make major repairs, I am also in the prosses of locating one for the Montana, and hopefully the fleets', use.

At the very least we shall be to gather to plan our next move, should DTR be unable to convince their Elders or should they succeed.
