Ever since the nations of Gallia and Liberty have started the path of peace and cooperation, and, while we are arguably, a separate entity from Gallia, we are still linked to them, as our system is a condominium between the Unione Corse and Gallia. This, I hope, does not interfere with our desire to equip our forces on Planet Marseille. As indicated in the Laws of the Gallic Union (§1.2), we are in a legal capacity to uphold the law of Gallia within our beloved Provence system.

Our objective is to provide both our recruits and our regular law enforcement officers arms, ammunition, equipment and vehicles required to police a planet with a large population. Our census proved that some precincts lack some of these.

We have been encouraged to seek international arms suppliers for our police, tactical, and special units located on Marseille, and thus - we would like to know what do you have to offer.

We are happy that you too realize the economic possibilities of such an endeavor. Though, I must make sure to tell you that it is for the Unione Corse's Law Enforcement unit, and that the Gallic Navy does well on its own. We are not seeking to fund nor arm the entire House of Gallia, we are seeking to arm our own.

I share your preference of direct and personal communication, especially when it comes to this type of matter. However, we still have to fix certain issues with the Kusarian Government. Despite not being at war anymore, we are still considered as hostiles on their radar. In light of this, we would prefer to meet in a more neutral location that is outside of Kusari territory. Once such an arrangement can be made, we would be willing to proceed.
