Konichiwa again,
Your entire argument seems to be based on the fact that you think our space falls under your Imperial Throne's control. This is not the case nor has it been the case since 280 A.S. You say you are the law in Kusari, well our space is not Kusari. We are the law of our space. How unfortunate it is that Kusari has so quickly devolved into threats, especially since the original misstep is yours in the first place. You say you don't like our responce but it is what should be expected when you come in to our home with warships and claim that it is your space. We have no reason to send our patrols into your space and there is no reason for you to send your patrols into ours. Our stance remains, we will continue operations as normal despite this insult.

You're disrespect for our Emperor and our laws are just too much. And i want to state that few days ago when I was in pursue of an Oucast, backed up by Shoi Hiro Okadaand KSP Officer Sakura Kai, near Kansai Research Station and Chugoku jump hole(wich is far off from where a GMG is permited) a GMG soldier just appeared from nowhere(don't remember his name) and requested that i let him continue the pursue wich I did because I got a distress call from an Independent transport in New Tokyo that he was beeing harrased by GC. Altough he wasn't allowed to be that far into Honshu, and didn't asked for permission from any Officer present there, I didn't mind just because he was trying to help us, but that made me think that you GMG soldiers don't think we are competate enough to handle the situation in Kusari. Now try and have more respect for us as we have for you. I personally don't give a damn for you'r sovereignety I'm just seeing fit that I complete my mission. And try to think about what the Emperor said, if we wouldn't let you'r ships pass thru our space you would slowly perish. So think again before makeing such statements.
Sulu finishes to review the documents on his desk, before looking at Daii Byakuya Kuchiki who just entered his office.
<< At ease, Daii. Do you know why you are here?
I'd appreciate for future reference if such informations are condensed in a report and sent to the High Command first,
so they can be evaluated and used from the appropriate offices.
Diplomatical relationships are delicate matters and there is a hierarchy to respect inside a military organization such as the KNF.
You will not directly address personally any politcal entity during these kind of meetings. Not until your rank will allow that, am I clear? >>

Konichiwa,
This matter is currently under investigation. So far none of the pilots under my command say that they went any further than Aomari station. Which is quite normal since we don't send any combat ships away unless they are escorting or acquiring equipment. We tend to have our hands full enough and have never questioned the competence of the Kusari officials in maintaining the peace in their house. In light of recent talks between the Imperial Throne and GMG it was in common agreement that GMG stick to their part of space be re-inforced. It was an isolated incident and may have been either a member who has missed recent private talks or was a GMG ship not within the GMG| structure of command. We'll get to the bottom of this.
