To Whom It May Concern,

The First Armada is at the forefront of Naval Research and Modernisation, dedicated to pushing the envelope of research and development that will aid our house. The First Armada Carrier Project is a cornerstone initiative, and we are seeking reliable partners who can provide high-quality Docking Modules with a focus on both speed of delivery and competitive pricing.
Project Overview:
The First Armada Carrier Project is a long-term initiative that involves the procurement of at the minimum twenty Docking Modules. These modules are critical components of our carriers, ensuring seamless docking and deployment operations. The project timeline spans several months, allowing for meticulous planning and execution.
Tender Details:
We invite Hauling Corporations of Sirius to submit their comprehensive tenders for the supply of Docking Modules. The deadline for the submission of tenders is Friday the 6th of October.
Evaluation Criteria:
Speed of Delivery: The ability to meet specified delivery schedules and deadlines will be a primary consideration. We would like to know how quickly after a new sub-order you will be able to deliver new docking modules.
Price Competitiveness: Competitive pricing structures that align with market standards and project budget constraints will be closely evaluated.
Quality Assurance: Docking Modules must meet industry standards and demonstrate durability and reliability.
Track Record: A proven track record in delivering similar components for large-scale projects will be advantageous although not vital.
Submission Requirements:
Interested Hauling Corporations of Sirius must provide the following documents along with their proposals:
- Company profile highlighting relevant experience in supplying Docking Modules or similar components.
- Clear pricing structure, including unit prices, bulk discounts (if applicable), and any associated costs.
- Optional: References from previous clients or projects.

For further inquiries and to obtain the tender documents, please contact Genoveve Black, our enlisted administrative clerk.
We look forward to receiving your proposals and partnering with a corporation that shares our commitment to excellence. Together, let us contribute to the success of the First Armada Carrier Project.

DISPLAYING MESSAGE
Greetings! My name is James Preston and I'm the owner of Outpost Ozymandias.
This message is to Miss Eleanor "Ellie" Winchester of the 1st Naval procurement.
A few months ago the Liberty Government as a whole agreed to allow me to move my base from Keplar to orbit of Pitsburg. I do believe my papers and company profile are already within your reading reach?
The business idea my side is that of the perfect blend of business and pleasure.
Whilst we have only sold a few units of Jump Drives to your fleets and have not sold any docking units as of yet, we can assure you they are of the highest quality and of course we can be sure of this due to the fact we have them mounted on our flagship, the Ozymandias-Orbital
We currently have Seven units in stock and within the next month or so, we hope to have the capabilities to moor a carrier size craft for appropriate installation.
This would mean that your units within the carrier could come along within the vessel of choice, moor within the drydock and whilst our engineers fit the docking modules, move on to the free entertainment aspects of our station.
If instead you'd rather these units were delivered, I can have them delivered to your choice of location.
For pricing and discounts, we can offer ours at One Hundred and Fifteen Million Sirius Credits per module. I will state also that there is no discount in relation to bulk, however a 10% discount on everything sold to the Liberty Navy, Police and alike.
I am Leon Dante, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, of Freeport12.
Freeport 12 and its sister installation freeport 12 Extension have been long established as premium builders of the finest equipment in Sirius. As I can well understand, you have problems with some very troublesome Zoners in the Pennsylvania system, as I do keep track of any news that comes our way.
We at Freeport 12 still encourage, all individuals to visit our facilities and rest, play and enjoy themselves, and we can also assure you that we would love to supply you with the equipment needed.
Docking modules are something that we can build within a certain time frame and also we are able to deliver them to you at a secure location of your choice. Delivery will be made by an undisclosed set of individuals, who have been loyal supporters of us for a long time and have continued to support our logistics needs.
Each Docking module will cost you 90 Million Sirius Credits and can be made in small stages, so that we can deliver as many as you want at a time.
With the conflict between Liberty and the Zoners, this may seem very forward of me to even think of supplying you with our equipment. We would not come forward unless we are confident that we can get this contract and also, considering the the strength of the Navy, I can assure you we will not be trying to " DO YOU OVER " as one would say, or even sabotage the equipment, after all we have a reputation to keep going.
I hope we can come to some agreement, and I suppose as long as our operatives keep their noses clean and do not enter Liberty, I am assuming this contract can go ahead.
We are a peaceful organisation and we do not wish to be part of the conflict in any way. These Zoners who are, making our good name get dragged through the mud, are in relation to us, NOT real Zoners, and have disgraced our people as a whole.
I hope to hear from you soon Admiralty of the 1st Armada.
