We apologize if we have our installation in one of your persevered zones, We had no idea about that information, We are a small group of researchers who are interested in studying several areas of the Kansas system. We are interested in studying the nature of Planet Topeka's atmosphere and already sent several expeditions to the gaseous planet and the primary results are full of good hope for finding new pharmaceutical and scientific formulas, that serve humanity and mankind.
The identity of my operators is freelancers and most of them are scientists and engineers of quantum physics and nuclear astrophysics. We have some pharmacists and chemists too. We are on the science side and serve no one, although we prefer the insurgency more than the Libertonian authorities, but that does not affect our work here. We prefer working with independent researchers. It is indeed a pleasure to deal with the Technocracy of Auxo since we know that your group works with science too.
We have no relations with the Xenos yet, but we have neutral relations with other surrounding factions. We have not communicated with any Libertonian authorities yet either. I will cut to the chase. One of officers suggested your facility should move to the remains of the Insurgency station previously known as Mulvane. However, as the purpose of this facility is to disturb that site, we cannot allow the facility to persist. I would have offered for your place to move to the remains of the Mulvane, but it seems you are rather persistant on the idea of studying the gate.
I will give you a few options.
You can stay, but you must move to Mulvane and restrain yourself only to the studies of Topeka *and* pay a fine for damaging our preservation study.
Or.
You can leave and study another anomalous somewhere else.
If you choose to stay and we catch you meddling around there again, we cannot stand by and allow such to happen. Do you understand? You have already disturbed the site enough.

The relocation process is in progress. We had to re-contract more engineers because some refused to work within the area of Kansas. They were afraid of some rumors concerning that place. Anyway, reconstructing one of our labs requires some rare materials we could not acquire easily. We wanted to ask you if the Technocracy of Auxo can supply us with those materials. We would appreciate such cooperation and business. The Quantum Outpost will definitely pay what your scientists require for those materials.
It is known to us that there is some kind of alignment of jump-holes somewhere in the universe which sends the ships going through to uncharted systems far away in this vast space. It also came to our knowledge that certain classes of ships can only use that synchronization of jump holes. We are interested in some materials that can be only achieved from those uncharted systems. The materials are x300 units of Reflective Lattices and x700 units of Organic Capacitors. Do you have the capability to get those safely for us to a certain meeting point so our hired hauler can receive them from you?

I would like to remind both of us here, that we relocated the installation according to your demands and that cost us almost 10,000,000 s/c for the relocation process and another 9,750,000 s/c when we lost our progress with the main lab and had to re-do it all just because of the relocation/dismantle processes side effects.

These terms are non-negiotable. Your little fun and games ends here today, lest we want to face the consequences of your reckless actions that endanger those around you.
