We didn't know what happened because your name is Scylla on Navy ID, just assumed you were a hostile.
You were allies on same ID farming the same battlezone, you weren't even PvP dead if you just talked to him and could keep farming...
My Discord is not on main screen and "Oops I killed one of our own" is not an apology. "Im sorry for the FF, you are not PVP dead" is an apology.
I was in system, searching how to report while waiting to see an apology, so I have the guy a good 15 minutes to type and was lenient.
PVP Dead is when a player kills you - ally or not - as seen in events, by server rules.
He was present with me and the rest of his group, as seen in DSACE, and an ALLY is clearly OUTLINED and you can't "R" him! Also when a message appears "Scylla is docking" that means a player. Please spare me the "It was an accident".

Do you honestly think a player on purpose would shoot the same ID in the same battlezone, say it was a mistake in group chat and then apologised on discord you are in right after? Why on earth? You can talk to Bill Curtis, right now, in the same discord you have been very active in and talk it out if you don't believe him.

Edit2: he was advised he should send money with an apology message when this happens, but again - we noticed way too late because you have a navy ID ship named Scylla
Let me put it simple: If you see a ship named however that guy wants to name it and ITS GREEN TEXT WITH A GREEN HEAD ON HUD, that's an allied ship. We were the only ones in the BZone.
You can't "R" (auto target) him. You have to actively cursor select him and shoot.
