[Ships] Ceres Armored Transport has 6 Hard points instead of 8

Bug: Ceres Armored Transport (Scarab) has 6 hard points available to be mounted / fired instead of 8 - Inforcard + FLStat show 8, and the other class 12 ships have 8.

Reproduction Steps:

• Dock in Syracusse Base - New York
  
• Buy Ceres Armored Transport
  
• View Infocard + FLStat & Compare with the rest Class 12 Transports - In game they have 8 hard points as well.

The Ceres AT is significantly smaller than the other frigates and its statspread is very similar to other gunboats, down to how much mass it has. The infocard is incorrect because of it having 2 extra turrets referenced in shiparch.ini, which don't exist, and has now been fixed.
