"Teuflisch" has been Warned for:

3.1 - Players are considered to be ''PVP Dead'' if they die during a PVP encounter or dock while hostile combatants are within docking message range of other players.

Consequences:

A warning, if you dock whilst in combat, you are considered PvP dead and can not re engage after undocking.
You may undock for the sole purpose of leaving the system and other players must let you leave with no interaction.
