[Ships] Already existing Frigates can't mount GB thrusters

Additional Information: If bought in SP the Gunboat thrusters stay mounted. I am not sure about buying one on the live server. All I can say is that my existing frigates, Grendel and the Scarab, have them unmounted in their inventory and are unable to mount those Gunboat Thrusters. Not even admin intervention keeps them mounted and they can't be sold. Doubt this is intended.

Packages are correct, newly bought Frigates are fine. Existing ships need admin help to be fixed. To help us keep track, please post a player request.
