Guildmaster,
Greetings to you and to The Core. We hope you are doing well.
I am Maréchal Louis De Villiers, currently officially representing the Gallic Union for the Foreign Affairs, with House and non-House actors, it is a pleasure to meet you.
Please forgive my lack of knowledge, but it has been quite some time since a Gallic diplomatic mission was sent to the Core, and we have no information on the identity of the current Guildmaster or the status of The Core as a whole. I apologize for this. However, I see this as an opportunity to also know more about The Core.
As you may know, we have went extensive changes, and the Agreement of Algérie is not applicable anymore, this means for now, The Core cannot lawfully enter Gallia, as well as the other parties. We wish to continue, and thus are planning the Agreement of Algérie II, with, we hope, a not-only continued cooperation with The Core, but a deeper one. We also wish to continue combating together the Alien threat, that we have heard is intensifying in Sirius.
Therefore, we invite you to Gallia. I believe you know how to navigate there, even with the recent changes in connections in Sirius. We also give you a temporary (for this meeting) exception for capital ships, as we believe you would use one to come here.
We invite you to meet us aboard the GNFS Normandie, in orbit around Planet Marseille, nearby Cannes Resort Station. Provence being a joint administration and neutral yet Gallic zone, it is the perfect place to meet even after the condition following the end of the Agreement of Algérie.

Guildmaster,
Greetings to you and to The Core. We hope you are doing well.
I am sending this message to urge you to reply so we can set up a date and time so we can proceed with the renewal of the Agreement of Algérie - Agreement of Algérie II, which will allow your ships to proceed within Gallia.
As of now, under the Gallic Law, The Core vessels are not authorized entry within Gallia. Hence why I highlight the urgency to renew the Agreement, so that The Core can proceed safely, and legally, within Gallia, whilst ensuring neutrality.

Maréchal Louis De Villiers, The Core bids you a good day.
My name is Domino Harvy, The Core Guildkeeper, the sword of imperium and second after Jack Daniels - our Guildmaster.
We always glad to see smart people who know what they want, and moreover, immediately contact us with business proposals. The previous agreement between us was signed by me, for this reason I continue to handle this.
Now let's talk about the subject itself:
The Agreement of Algérie was not our initiative, but we are always happy and open to such proposals, because it gives us the opportunity to break the logistics of our opponents in certain sectors, without lengthy preparation, and perhaps this is where the only one plus of this agreement has exhausted itself. The agreement itself did not bring the expected result, since the distance between our sectors is quite large, and as a result, there was no expected profit. We have never received any worthy commercial offers for the purchase of certain types of goods/services.
But we have one for you. I gladly accept your invitation to meet at Normandie. A ship suitable for such a flight will be prepared for me within a few days, and when we approach your borders, Normandy will receive news of our approach.

Guildkeeper Domino Harvy,
Greetings to you and to The Core. It is a pleasure to meet you.
Indeed, we can agree that the initial Agreement of Algérie did not yield the expected results profit-wise and economy-wise. I suppose it is a combination of how the Agreement was made by our governmental predecessors, as well as the distance between the Omicrons and Gallia.
However, it did bring peace and neutrality between your nation, and The Order. Political conflict that does not affect Gallia, is not desired within our peaceful nation. I am sure you can understand that, the main objective remains the protection of our citizens from the conflicts between various groups from Sirius, while maintaining an open-door policy for everyone who are accepted and are not unwelcome entities (as detailed in the new Laws of the Gallic Union).
Nowadays, the Omicrons are more accessible. Liberty and Gallia are now in peace, and corporations can freely traverse their territory. I have also thought of new additions, that would make the Agreement of Algérie II, an entirely new agreement, that will, contrary to its predecessor, be the foundation of a cooperation between us and your nation, and a start of a real economic cooperation while keeping the original objective: peace between the warring factions, and leaving your luggage at the doorstep of Gallia while making business.
We are glad to hear that you accept our invitation. The GNFS Normandie and myself are ready to receive your delegation, as well as your propositions for the Agreement of Algérie II. Please be aware of course, that, like its predecessor, will include at least The Order - your "archenemy", if our intel is correct, but it may also include other factions this time. As of right now, we have no plans of including the Technocracy of Auxo however, as there was virtually zero benefit in letting a foreign intelligence agency that is waging war against most of Sirius at this point, and this for the foreseeable future. A variable removed, for you to focus on a more concrete, and real treaty of cooperation and safekeeping peace within Gallia, between your nation, and other factions we desire to cooperate with, without the politics muddling with it.
