[System] Council Battleship wrecks using same entry?

Bug: Selecting the Council Battleship in Orkney that marks the path to Dounby Station also selects one of the wrecks in the Causeway.
====================

Reproduction Steps:

• Select the Council Battleship wreck marking the entry to the Dounby Station passage on the map.
  
• Both its map icon and the icon for another wreck in the Causeway starts blinking.
  
• Either one may be targeted (not sure what decides which one it is).
  
• Contact list will show the Causeway wreck.
  
• F2 takes you towards the Causeway wreck.
