Monsieur/Madame,
I am Camus, of the Zurich Accord, a Gallic interest group affiliated with the Unione Corse. In our attempts to expand our markets and find new business partners, we have stumbled by chance upon your high quality light arms. They are a success in Gallia, I assure you, as while they are no replacement for our assault rifles, I believe that not a single officer is without his Cascadia sidearm these days. Them, and quite a few more people, I'm sure you understand.
As a Gallic interest groups, we have access to markets you may not be able to appropriately penetrate, and vice versa. Bretonia and Kusari are mostly closed markets to us, but perhaps we can arrange something in the long run, oui?
Thank you for your time.
Yours truly,
Camus

Good day, Mister Camus. I hope this message finds you well. I'm Gerald Magno, with Detroit's sales department. First off, thank you for choosing Detroit Munitions for your self-defense needs. We're committed to seeing you and your people, as customers, walk away satisfied and safe; and, with our products being the best there are, we're confident you'll be both as long as you do business with us.
With the normalization of relations between the Republic of Liberty and the Gallic Union, there are, of course, a number of business opportunities that would be mutually beneficial for all involved parties to pursue. The Company was not aware that so many of our fine products had made their way into the hands of Gallia's law enforcers, especially given the current restrictions on trade imposed by the joint Bretonian-Kusarian blockade of Gallia in the Tau sector and the onerous licensing requirements imposed upon the arms trade within Rheinland, but, as we are well aware, commerce and the free market always finds a way.
On that note, Detroit is acutely aware that this is a critical period for the Gallic state and people. With the ouster of the Royalists long behind us, and the hectic instability of the Confederation finally replaced with firm and secure governance under the Union, all parties in Gallia have a pressing interest in actively maintaining the peace; a peace only won through superior firepower, and maintained by the same. We can assure you that, despite the challenges of transport, Detroit Munitions firmly intends to be an ally to the good people of your House in preserving this peace, and when it comes to arms manufacturers, you can do no better.
I'm not surprised that the Cascade-series PDW has seen wide adoption. We're about to release the newest edition of the Detroit Catalogue, and once we do, we'll be sure to send you a few hundred copies free of charge for distribution amongst your personnel, so that individuals within your, ahem, organization, can place whatever orders they please. In the meantime, all Corsican vessels are warmly invited to purchase our products at any authorized distributor, be it from our subsidiaries or corporate-owned shops at any planet within Liberty, the single outlet we have on Kyushu, any affiliated shops elsewhere within the Colonies, or from our primary facility one trade lane away from Planet Manhattan itself. If you're interested in long-term supply contracts or one-off bulk orders, Detroit is interested in accommodating; issues such as trade regulations and licensing can surely be addressed one way or the other.
Please let us know if there's anything specific we can do for you, Mr. Camus, and I will see to it personally. Detroit Munitions looks forward to doing business with you and with the entire rest of Gallia.

I'll be brief and to the point: your situation as an arms developper, as well as a Libertonian corporation, surely makes it more than interesting to have reliable sources of exotic materials for you to help your R&D and keeping a competitive edge on the market. While materials such as those gained in Earhart are not of interest to the Zurich Accord, we do happen to have access to a few markets that happen to be closed to those of Liberty, namely those in distant Omicron, as an example.
