This is a general topic to discuss the future of this board. Here you can post any suggestions about how to improve Discovery, make our forums more user-friendly and attract new visitors. What should we do next?
We are yet to decide which games will have their own forums, or, to put it in other words, which games to focus on.
There's a complicated task of looking for IlluminatingDarkness members who still did not get invitations to this place.
And - even more complicated task of attracting new visitors who've never heard about ID.
Well, one suggestion of attracting new members is making a link to this site in ones signature in other forums. If they allow such a thing...
I've found a couple of forums that way, so it actually works.
Regarding games I got a few suggestions:
Oblivion (maybe first when it comes out that is )
Guild Wars
Maybe Unreal Torunament?
Beware the Lazy Invasion of the Lonely Mudcrab of Doom! Lady Arwen's Realm
Oblivion will be here for sure, but not much info on it yet. Guild Wars is quite possible, if other members will support this idea. And UT - I guess it's not an RPG, huh?
I realize that Freelancer is not quite an RPG too, but a game with lots of RPG elements. The main reason for having a separate Freelancer forum is the server I'm running. First I even intended to hide Freelancer in Other games subcategory.
I suggested Unreal Tournament because it's an online game and it's a popular one.
Yes, it doesn't contain RPG elements, but then again if people want to discuss it, why not. :)
Beware the Lazy Invasion of the Lonely Mudcrab of Doom! Lady Arwen's Realm
There's a General Gaming forum that is dedicated to non-multiplayer RPG and all other games. Though, again, it all depends on user interest, but I don't think there'd be enough UT players for a whole forum.

If there will be a lot of topics in general forums about one game, then I'll create a new forum and transfer the topics there. And if this game won't be an RPG - well, no difference, still there will be a new forum for it. Freelancer is not a 100% RPG too, it has action elements that are quite important for gameplay.
