I am V or Viper, Direktor of the Rheinland Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts. I'm reaching out to you today for a small deal that requires a bit of discretion - but for that reason is all more valuable. If you're interested, please answer at your earliest convenience.

Greetings to you and to the BDM.
We hope everything is alright. Since you've called upon us, rest assured, discretion is our specialty, especially since you called for us. I am to the details in our upcoming meeting - in space, one-on-one, would be preferable. I recommend high orbit of Provence, Gallic Autonomous Region.. No traces, as promised. Of course, depending on the task.
I'll keep this brief. You've got the Zurich Accord's attention, an interest group affiliiated to the Unione Corse. My name is Camus, how can I be of assistance?

The Buro is in need of some special resources, purely for research purposes and nothing that would undermine Rheinland's reputation. Obtaining the said resources would be extremely difficult for anyone affiliated with Rheinland - even down to the civilian level. However, the said task would be much simpler for a group like yours.
From what I've seen - granted that is not as much as I'd like but is still something - the Unione Corse is on tolerable terms with the Corsair Empire. I don't know the length of this nor do I really care. What I do care about are the Xeno Relics they seem to be hauling off in droves.
The Buro needs access to Xeno Relics for the aforementioned reasons. Before I go spitting out non-monetary rewards I'm curious to hear anything that you both would value. Information is one of my specialities.

Deal. We have had dealings with them, to research them for future weapons. It was not successful but yielded crucial information about the Dom'Kavosh. No active artifact was present. We learnt of their present.
So, Xeno Relics, from the Corsairs? How much? UC/-Magnifica.Marsiglia and its captain Salvatore is already prepared for departure. Efficiency is our forté.
As for information, since it is one of your specialties: we reach from the Order, to the Core, to Liberty, Rheinland, Gallia (deep in Gallia), our own home system, Provence. Unioners, Various groups, smugglers, We are adept knowledge brokers, skilled in weaving a robust network.
In short: you will get the Xeno Relics, as long as we have a monetary compensation. Being escorted would be a benefit. As you said, I will not discuss the monetary compensation.
The Corse of Orsini and the Zurich accord have convened.
The best way for us to achieve the objective you are giving us is twofold: first, we need proper access to Rheinland's markets. Perhaps authorizing us to haul restricted cargo would allow us to mask some more... unique cargo, as you request.
Secondly, all the dirt you can offer on the Volksrevolution. Red Hessians, the Farmer's Alliance, the Bundschuh. The Red Hessians in particular have been putting a dent into our Zurich/Omega related issues.

To add to this, we have had several Couriers, Vache, and other civilian transports destroyed with impunity by these terrorists. It is natural that we are going to take this cause seriously.
Volksrevolution delenda est.
We are ready to be at your disposal for this mission, and in the future, other ones.
Also, it's "Famille Orsini" if you want to be formal, "Camus"; ou, The Unione Corse, The official registered name in the Gallic Union: but it's your choice!! *chuckles* (//It's a joke meant to be understood only by Camus)
Joke aside. We, of the Unione Corse, and the Accord of Zurich, have convened, and will operate jointly. The main transporter will be ours, captained by Salvatore, if everything is alright?
If you have any more question, please ask me, or "Camus". We will respond when we can, and as fast as possible.
Authorizing you to do anything right now won't be possible. While the Buro is relied upon for its expertise we don't hold much of a say in the grand scheme of the Kaiser's interests. This, combined with your relation to the Corsair Empire makes any chance of hauling Xeno Relics lawfully unlikely. However, I am not opposed to lobbying permission for you to haul other cargo into Rheinland. Hauling contraband to us openly is something that will take a bit of time for me to make a reality, unfortunately.
The groups you've listed are the greatest problems Rheinland has ever faced.
The Bundschuh are the least of your concerns as it stands. They've been lobbying for a place among Rheinland's general populace for years now. I suspect in time they'll be accepted by the Kaiser in return for some kind of total ceasefire. Most of them won't do more than pester you with their opinions though. The Bundschuh lurk closer to the Sigmas, and occasionally have been seen working with the Order and the GMG. They've no real figurehead right now, and work independently - so anticipate a different reaction from any particular pilot.
The Farmers Alliance are an interesting problem for you, I'll admit. They've absorbed a group formerly known as the Landwirtrechtbewegung, which is quite spiteful of Synth foods. They're interesting in the sense that some of them will work with the Corsairs and Unioners, while other cells work directly under the Red Hessians. They're mostly lingering in Colonge and Stuttgart - which I assume are places you see often coming from Zurich. Their command structure resembles the same as the Bundschuh, quite independent right now.
The Red Hessians are without a doubt the greatest problem for Rheinland. They have a variety of allies throughout the houses that provide them with extra weapons and funding to construct war machines that rival even Rheinland's greatest. Recently, they have lost a couple of strongholds in Dresden and in Omega-55 - but are no less a problem now than they were in the past.
Their main problems seem to be dealing with multiple fronts. They oppose the Unioners & Corsairs - whom work together - as well as the Rheinland government, which leaves them ill-equipped to make any serious moves on either front.
The Red Hessians are very well-organized and extremely bloodthirsty. If you can help it I'd recommend avoiding a transit via the Omega systems, your relations with the Corsairs make you prime targets. IF you happened to be out hunting there, the Buro would pay you very handsomely for killing their leader - a woman named Anna Heinrich.
