To all Zoners
This is Commander Ivan Stroganov leading officer of the Coalition of Independent Sirius.
Good afternoon, I am hoping you are all well. I know the events of Freeport 9 has effected you all, and we offer are deepest sympathies to you and the remaining Zoners on Freeport 9. I would like to extend my hand of friend ship to you and offer you our protection from the Corsairs in Omega-48. I know that Liberty and the Corsairs have both done injustice to you, and the one thing I can guaranty is you will remain independent in Omega-48. We in the CIS have no interest in taking your freedoms or home away from you. We want everyone to be free within all of Sirius, and that includes you. We offer protection on your transports when passing through, and we also offer that we will support you in combat when ever or where ever that is needed. I know we reach is not far but where we can go we offer security and safety as long as we are able to provide it. If at any point any Zoner falls pray to piracy or an incursion, The CIS will do everything we can to provide aid. The people of Sirius must stand united now more then ever with the growing threats that are everywhere. So we offer a hand of friendship to all Zoners that are willing to accept it.
We look forward to any Zoner that responds to this transition, even if we do not hear back from any of you, we will still offer you protection with no cost to any of you.

Yeah, we heard it before from your lot, the "CIS", wannabe heroes of Sirius... Or that's what you try to make everyone believe.
So far, we heard lots of words and no actions, and we also heard about your pilots being busy already in Dublin, don't try to bite more than you can chew. Our relations with the Coalition, much like with Bretonia, the Core, and the Corsairs, has been nothing but a constant nuisance, back and forth, when it's not one group starting up sh*t, it's another one.
Let me remind you, your folks are no different when it comes to breaking the Zoner Non-Agression Policies, when the "Commisariat" decided to mobilize a whole battlegroup into Omega-48 which is covered by a system-wide No-Fire-Zone.
Of course the usual suspects that unfortunately have the means and power to do something about it looked away and didn't even try to tell your lot to piss off, but we don't expect any less from OSI...
Lucky for the Coalition, the Corsairs usually happen to make more noise and play the "f*ck around and find out" game more than any other local, so they've kept us busy, for a while.
To summarize, get in touch with Canaria when you have something more than words, the people around these parts aren't the same lot you'll find in Jiangxi, we value actions, not inspirational words from a deified leader. You wanna help with the mess of Theta? Good, prove it then, we don't need escorts for our logistics, we need to get rid of Corsairs from Freeport-9, tells us about your plans, we'll be waiting.

If memory serves me right, the Coalition has in the past "culled" the Zoners. There was once a base by the name of Boa Vista station that is no more. We have the Coalition to thank for that. It's sad, really, when you consider that I removed a nerve staple from the best leader the Coalition ever had in the late Alvin Katz. As far as I know, I think I may be the only man who has successfully done that.
But then, Premier Katz was a good time for the Coalition. He did indeed look out for the Zoner people. His words were words of trust.
Commander, in the past with both the Corsairs and the Coalition in the system, the Zoner people always took a brunt of the punishment. Orbital bombardments and getting caught in the crossfire of fights outside the old docking ring were common. Back then, the Corsairs had the same message of looking after us with Bretonia threatening. Still, we took much of the beating. I remember hospitals full of Corsairs, Coalition and Bretonian Soldiers at the same time.
Last I checked, my Omega 52 visa was still valid. There are many who will say words mean little with a checkered history. Perhaps I can meet you in your space and we can see if I am wrong about that. Whatever we might discuss or even agree to, I cannot represent all Zoners as they all feel differently. Your call, Commander.
Respectfully,
Dr. John Henry Holliday
