Greetings from the team at Delta 4.

We at Delta 4 are a smaller group of Zoners that maintain an operation based out of Omicron Theta. From there our people stage both defensive and offensive actions against the Nomad threat and their thralls. We have worked very hard during the past several years to fortify our position there and gain allies in the surrounding areas.

We send you this communication today to make contact and hopefully find new allies out in the Baffin area. We have heard a few differing opinions of your people among others and want to better understand what the TAZ is all about. We hope to establish a friendship with your people.

One of our main objectives involves combing areas that are suspected to have Alien activity in them. We would like to know if at anytime either recently or sometime in the past if your people have had any contact with the Nomads. Not to assume that there has been any activity in your system, but very recently there was a major incursion by the Nomads not far from your position in the Orkney system. It is very likely they may try to spread to the surrounding areas and thus we want to further ensure the safety of Zoners everywhere.
