I represent the Zurich Accord, as it would be called in the common language of the Sirian Houses, we are one of the families that make up the Unione Corse. The Accord is always seeking out new business opportunities, and the market for gold in Gallia has never been higher. As such, we are seeking to enter into the market by purchasing from the source, that being the Assembly. I must admit that I have only had passing conversations with your people at most, and that we are both mostly unknowns to one another, but each of those limited interactions has seen your people handle themselves in a forthright manner that I have learned to respect over the years. This included the conversation with the commander of one of your warships near Connacht, who directed me towards you.

Of course, I am sure that you and yours have needs of their own, and the Accord would be more than willing to help fulfill those needs if you ask it of us. Our reach is nearly unlimited as far as acquiring trade goods is concerned, the only markets we have issues getting access to are those of Kusari. If you would like us to obtain anything in particular for you, please do let me know in your reply, and we can dispatch a ship to take care of it immediately. We have not had many dealings with the Unione Corse, but your organisation is known to us. With the recent move by the Gallic Union to outlaw the Mollys, we would not be opposed to having an intermediary with access to Gallia's markets as our business partner.

Our past dealings with your people have been peaceable and we have decided to grant you access to Connacht Depot. There are some concerns, however, that an organisation of your caliber would be open to business with our enemies, which would not be in the interest of everyone involved. Neither would causing trouble when in our territory. We trust you will not give us reason to withdraw this privilege.
