I have a rather unusual request for you. To complete a facility for prototype construction, I need materials that are unfortunately not easy to obtain. We are talking about "Reflective Lattices" and "Organic Capacitors." To the best of my knowledge, both can only be procured through one of the many systems accessible from the Earhart system.

I understand that this is not typically within your scope of responsibilities. However, in return, I can offer you prototypes that we are researching and manufacturing in this laboratory.

The initial purpose of Arnsberg was to provide another place for researchers and discoverers in the Rhineland. We started out focusing on Physics and Astrology, but have since expanded to also offer labs for materials and medical research, just to name a few.
The second main reason for building the station was to have a place where I could expand according to my needs and adapt to my research. I am currently working on research and development of prototypes for shielding and propulsion technology to make exploration of remote systems easier and safer.

Currently, all major Sirius corporations such as DHC, Interspace, Samura and so on are allowed to dock at the station. All organizations deemed criminal by their respective governments are not allowed to dock at the station.

Docking and access to specially secured areas under the supervision of trained personnel is already available to all government representatives and government organizations.

Very well, please keep me updated of any breakthroughs you make in your respective fields. I will be keeping an eye on Heisenberg in the coming weeks, I would appreciate being informed on any anomalies you might notice throughout Sirius - especially in Rheinland.
