Endeavour has been bastilled for:

3.1 - Players are considered to be ''PVP Dead'' if they die during a PVP encounter or dock while hostile combatants are within docking message range of other players. A "PVP Dead" player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in, not carry cargo, and not engage in any interaction for one (1) hour unless provided otherwise in-game ("PvP Death Period"). Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system. (See also 3.2)
Not re-enter the system they died in on or attack the player(s) they died to on any of their characters during the the PvP Death Period.
Consequences:
You had one ship bastilled for not following the rules, but instead of getting the message, you've gone on to participate in a series of encounters with incredibly low effort engagement messages. Your ships are bastilled until you leave a message here confirming that you've read the server rules and intend to put a bit more effort into your pre-combat roleplay.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
In regards to pvp death case, i honestly didn't even notice that char was in Bastille, since i didn't try to use it and i barely read the forums.
That was like 3 weeks ago, so i don't remember the details. I think i undocked from a POB, lingered at it, then it became damaged and i couldn't redock so i flew away and logged in space. Or something like that, as i said, it's been 3 weeks.
I'm aware of and always follow pvp death rule.
In regards to second case ...
I was not aware that 2 lines "target acquired // engaging" with some time given to react was not enough to engage in pvp.
Honestly i don't care what you do now. This has completely killed my desire to continue playing this server.
Yes, i don't care for RP. I honestly tried to follow all your inane rules and just play the game. I guess that's not good enough for you.
It's a damn shame that this is the only alive server left for the game i've loved to play for 20 years.
