I am Camus, of the Zurich Accord, an interest group of the Unione Corse. Our two organisations have collaborated here and there in recent times, and we have found you to be a most reasonable voice within the Sirian ecosystem which is why I offer you this olive branch: an open, secure communication hub for bilateral communications, as well as free, nearly unrestricted access to La Salle, the coordinates of which shall be transferred to you in an encrypted package. I believe you'll find the later particularly interesting, considering the history of the IMG within the system this facility is located in. Not only shall you find profitable ventures away from the scrupulous eyes of the Houses, I believe you may find it to be an interesting staging point in general.
It is the least we can do, considering the role Houses played in attempting to remove your influence from these systems.

Friends,
This communiqué takes us by surprise, though it is welcome nevertheless. The Syndicate appreciates the gesture of goodwill and is happy to collaborate in various arenas, most especially taking advantage of the staging point provided to us by La Salle. Despite Freeport 4's demise at the combined hands of the Liberty Navy and the genocidal Royalists, the Guild as a whole still maintains an interest in Magellan, operating numerous water-ice miners for the benefit of Los Angeles's population in the system.
At present, we are unlikely to utilize La Salle as much more than a refueling depot, as the membership of the Syndicate has voted firmly against involving ourselves in your primary trade. That said, we consider ourselves to be at the forefront when it comes to defending and advancing the right of bodily autonomy for each and every individual in Sirius, and an increasing number of us have come to view Nox favorably as a way to seek respite from the hardships of our labor.
We're currently in search of a place to unambiguously call our home, rather than essentially being squatters on the otherwise-neglected Dounby in the Orkney system. Once we have established such a home for ourselves, we may be interested in a modest supply contract of Nox, provided that l'Accord is willing to assist in rehabilitation for any potential cases of addiction within the Syndicate. Whether this attitude extends to outsiders or not is hardly our business. Rest assured that given time we will likely have large amounts of refined metals, oftentimes "liberated", for your transport captains to sell whenever our own hauler fleet is unable to export in sufficient quantities as well.
If there is anything you need from far-off markets where your competitors make life difficult for you, we're willing to assist when and where we can. It's in everyone's best interests to keep the Outcasts contained in the Taus; while we have no qualms with cardamine as such, we cannot allow them to fund their war machine against our people by enslaving the Gallic people, whether by chemicals or by shackles, as they so infamously did in Liberty. I hope that these arrangements are to the Union's satisfaction.
