Piltover,
Glad to hear that deal got scrapped but now we need to discuss our next steps and I figured a more private channel was best for that. I reached out to IMG and have already begun ironing things out, and here is what they said:
Greetings Rick Tilman,
I am Ned Reed, the head coordinator of the Independent Miners Guild's Omega operations. Have you heard the BMF's side of the story? Did they neglect to inform you that the Junkers of Beaumont Spire left the base after it was purchased by the BMF?
The Guild's side of the story isn't anything complicated. One of our members spotted a Junker salvaging the remains of the Aland Shipyard wreck and reported it to me. However, things changed when their exclusive buyers were revealed to be Bretonian Mining and Fabricating. I'm sure you know the history of it. It's disheartening to think that they would try to use our dead for building and maintaining their installation.
Now, if you can convince the current owner to return it to the Junkers and move it away from Omega 3, we would have no problem with it continuing to operate. In fact, we would even assist with its movement. The new Guild master also agrees that it would be a shame for the Spire to be disassembled because of the BMF's attempt to cut costs on their maintenance.
With Regards,
Ned Reed

Now I have an idea on where you may want to relocate too, The Taus are quite rich in value these days both in terms of Pirated Goods as well as contraband. I recently set up a Warehouse on Junker's Town in Omega-11 to 'Repackage' if you will Artifacts to get them into house space easier. You play your cards right out in the Taus and you could have a operation very similar with Cardimine or Nox, or hell why not both? If IMG are willing to assist in its movement we should play into their favor. Offer to let them use one of the bays as a refinery for Niobium. We at the Congress have found great (and profitable) success utilizing our state of the art CUL3-BR4 Smelter Technology which we would be happy to assist you in adding onto The Spire.
*a laughing darkened silhouette appears in the image feed*
This is Piltdover, reaching out from the heart of Beaumont Spire.
*he suddenly sits back, stops laughing and give a few blows on his huge cigar and continues*
So, you say "WE need to discuss OUR next steps",
Then you say you contacted IMG and try show me their reply...
*laughs out loud*
Not that is of your concern, but lets scrap this out,
Here is some reading material, it is very good to take something to read next time you go to the lue, IMG attack declaration. to Beaumont Spire
So, as you can see the IMG is full of... well, just look down wen you at the lue
*throwing his cigar away, he leans foreword, Piltdover is now completely visible, his face full of fresh scars and blood, one can see these are not the first scars laying across his face*
Now lets get things clear here,
You mister, and all of the other Junkers for that matter,
Did not move a finger to help any of us at Beaumont,
Even as our very station was under attack a brand new Junkers installation was built right next door,
*slamming the table, he breaks it in half like it was nothing* *screaming and mumbling inpercievable insults he pick up the camera from the floor and speaks to it*
YOU DID NOT HELP, AND NOW ITS "WE" AND "OUR"!?!
YOU WERE SO CLOSE AT OMEGA 11 AND SAT ON YOUR HANDS??
*composing himself, he picks up his still burning cigar and hangs the camera pulling a piece of copper wire he rips off the ceiling *
Sooo,
Here is the deal,
Seeing as you are soo good at taking messages back and forth,
Heres one for you to take to the IMG:
ITS NOT PRETTY TO TAKE OTHER PERSONS CORPSES, even if its crownie ones, AND CALL THEM YOURS, YOU SCRAPBRAINS!!!
You can also tell your IMG friends to suck it up,
*arrogantly pointing his finger at the camera *
IMG is not welcome in Omega 3 anymore,
They tried to destroy our home and we destroy their ships.
They got lucky we did not execute a single one of them,
Keep at it and we may make the scrap sea a little bigger.
*looks at the screen one last time, lifting his right eyebrow in disgust *

*Tiltman looks calmly at the camera a look of minor amusement on his face as Piltdover gives his response. He folds his arms calmly while he waits for the tirade to come to a conclusion. When he is finished Tiltman breathes in deeply through his nose letting out a long sigh before calmly responding*
You know,
I had hoped you were different than the rest of the rest of The Marauders, always were the shoot first talk later types. Can't say I blame you, words are not always the most efficient method of dealing with a problem and I do admit there was a time long before I ever joined ranks with the Congress I flew alongside the Marauders and called many of them friends, I still do. Unfortunately I see you are not so interested in playing the long game as I am.
Personally I couldn't careless who's corpses are who's, they are all worth money in their own right. Key thing to know about grave robbing is knowing who's going to be mad when you get caught rifling through a Deadman's coat. BMM may have legal claim over them and the station, but they are still former Guildmembers are they not? Was Aland Shipyard also not an IMG Station for many years prior to its destruction?
I am not "taking messages back and forth" either, not that I would expect you to understand what I am doing here, its called Politics. I, as a Neutral Party between the Guild and Spire reached out after receiving a request from who I was told at the time were the new owners in an attempt to diffuse the situation which, The Guild offered what I still believe to be a very reasonable deal in order to stop any fight before it happens but if you are more interested in destroying that storied installation with a suicidal war against the IMG. Then so be it, I wish you the best of luck.
I'll still offer safe haven for any Junkers who wish to flee your senseless feud with The Guild.
Congress however, will not be aiding you in this endeavor.
