Good Evening and representatives of Republic,
I have recently become the sole owner of Old Trafford, and despite my relative wealth I have often found myself sympathetic towards your cause. As such, under my new management Old Trafford's Doors are now open to your Republic. At the moment the base is still being renovated however in time we will have several amenities I think you may find valuable. For starters, A MOX Processing Facility is in the works which we will be selling as well as a Scrap Refinery. Another side project you may find interesting is a Military Salvage Reclamation Facility however, that is currently on the back burner until I assess its cost to benefit ratio.
On an additional note, if you need anything specific I am more than willing to try to get it I am very resourceful.

Good afternoon, Mr. Frost.
I am Minister Burns, speaking on behalf of the Republican Provisional Assembly. You have my thanks for bringing this to my attention. Old Trafford - that is the installation in the Manchester system, correct? From what I can find, it appears to be legitimate and licensed by the Bretonian Crown. Is it an independent enterprise or a corporate asset?
We would not be so crass as to do business openly, but once I know where we stand, perhaps we can discuss using your station's facilities - or renting some space for our own purposes.

Mr.Burns,
Correct we are located in Manchester however the question of the station being a "independent enterprise or a corporate asset" is admittedly currently a tricky one to answer, legally speaking it is currently registered as a Deep Space Engineering installation. Its primary function is assisting Birmingham in its Waste processing endeavors as well as assisting ALG in the processing of salvage from the New London System. Additionally it acts as a general local trade hub, however that isn't what I have as a vision for the station and those changes are already underway. For starters, I would like it to be able to act as a meeting point for people of all stripes, not unlike a freeport but more...classy you could say. Are you familiar with the Old-Earth concept of a speakeasy? On the likely chance you are not during their time they were a place where people with the right connections, regardless of social strata, could meet and mingle in private the law had no say in these places, Money talked first and after that was good old fashioned gentleman's agreements.
In short:
From the outside, the Bretonian Authorities will simply see a Freelance Installation operating a mildly successful salvage refining operation. However, deep in the bowels of the station there will be a thriving underground where anything can go, within reason of course.
