If you think someone has broken the rules, collect as much evidence as you can and submit a violation report. If you have feedback for how someone handled an encounter, take it to constructive outlets once the adrenaline has settled. If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. This BC is a shared BC for the whole faction to use, if this is the situation that happened in Omega-41 we already apologized for what happened. We understand the rules and the saturation we were in was that we did not understand how the chancing thing worked, we look for a rule stating that PVP engagements could still go outside ZOI and we did not find anything evidence of this being a rule. Since this is a shared BC is there anyway re revoke this and have it put on one of my personal ships since I am the one in charge of the faction if it must be done?

Based on login history it appeared that the ship was only logged by one person. CIS|Radiant is restored, and given the admission of guilt and apology, I'll knock it down to a 1.5m fine.
Sounds good, who do I send the money to? I will be able to do it this weekend, I got a new PC and have not been able to get my old accounts from my old PC yet. Just tell me who to send the 1.5 to and it will get one this weekend.
