My name is Brad Lundmark, the current manager of an Ageria subsidiary named Rowlett Aerospacial Research Group, stationed in the Texas system. Our research group primarily focuses on studying and recovering materials left over after the Dallas incident. Recently, we have acquired a large amount of exotic materials and are wondering if Long Island Station would be interested in purchasing them from us.

Mr. Lundmark:
Greetings,
To put it simply, the Logistics Service would be happy to take any of these materials off of your hands, and we would also be happy to discuss a good rate of compensation for this. I would also like to discuss further acquisitions of these resources, so please let me know if you can secure a reliable source of the aforementioned goods. Also, please provide IFF information for your ships, so that they can be allowed access to the docking facilities on Long Island.
Sincerely,
Jack Boehm

To address your second question, our ships are operating under the Ageria IFF, marked with the RAR| prefix. Now, returning to your first question, I would need the materials specified, along with the amount needed, as for it not to conflict with our own collection these materials that we use for our own research and development purposes. Additionally, I would appreciate it if we could enjoy a certain level of protection provided by the first fleet.

Mr. Lundmark:
Greetings,
In regards to the materials we would be needing, the First Fleet is always looking for additional sources of anything that can be recovered from beyond the Alaska Supergate. We understand that you have your own research to provide for, but we would be willing to pay for any excess brought back by your own ships. The Fleet would be glad to provide escort for your vessels through the gate, we understand that this has already happened in an impromptu fashion a few times, and see no reason to discontinue the practice.
Long Island is also scheduled to be going through a rather comprehensive refit in the next few months, and would be interested in contracting some of your people to draw up the sort of designs we would be looking for. We would, of course, be willing to pay a commission to the designer if their plans meet approval from the rest of command.
Sincerely,
Jack Boehm

Mr. Lundmark:
Greetings,
Good to hear the current arrangement is acceptable as far as the expeditions to Earhart goes, as for the station refit, we will be looking to do several things. First off, we will be looking to return the station back to the capability it had during the height of the conflict with Rheinland and Gallia. At the same time, we will be looking to add a hydroponics bay to the station, as it is felt among the station command staff that being more self sufficient would be beneficial to us. We can start work on the latter as soon as you respond with confirmation of the contract being accepted. At that time we will contact you separately in regards to bonuses to be paid to you and yours for delivery of the goods.
Sincerely,
Jack Boehm

We at Rowlett Aerospacial Research are prepared to supply the necessary materials to Long Island Station for the construction of a hydroponics bay. However, as we are currently focused on reconstructing our main station, fulfilling your request would require diverting transports away from it.
