Our shipping company operates a Bustard carrier for our larger shipping contracts, and it needs a license to fly in your esteemed Rheinland airspace. The license we received was only valid for 30 days, and I was wondering, now that our business has hopefully been in our mutual interest, if you could extend a longer lasting license to our company to operate our carrier in Rheinland space?

And for ze sake of "our mutual interest", I will not insist on getting more information. I recommend you to get rid of it or register it properly, while operating wizin our space.
I will, however, try to portray you in a good light, when I talk after my birzday party to Direktorin Wolf. She is my superior and responsible for zis decision.

As for the transponder codes attached to the specific shippin' manifest yer referring to, I completely understand the confusion and trepidation on your part. I know I'd certainly be nervous if I was gettin' deliveries from a pirate ship!
Please let me assure you that all of our ships are kosher and legally fly within House Government airspace. Due to the nature of our trade, and of course because of the high value of the services we provide, we sometimes need to fly our ships through dangerous airspace in order to get all of our deliveries to our clients in a timely manner. For safety when flyin' through these areas, I sometimes recommend my captains run false transponder codes to keep pirates off our backs. This is simply ta make sure we keep our clients happy with quick and efficient deliveries!
Seems like the pilot in question here just forgot ta switch off his false transponder ID when deliverin' the shipments for ya. I assure you that won't happen again! Makin' sure our clients feel safe and secure with our deliveries is always of utmost importance!
And please take yer time with the Bustard license renewal. I know red tape can be slow goin'.
