From: Matthew J. Burns To: Dr. Holliday Subject: Medical Assistance
Greetings, Doctor.
I am Minister Burns of the Republican Provisional Assembly. We have encountered the MFE in Dublin years ago, but have not been formally introduced then. This is an oversight that I now intend to rectify.
I am unsure of your organisation's stance towards the Molly movement, but the Assembly stands for liberation of the common Bretonian from the outdated institutions such as the Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing corporation and abhorrent working conditions brought about by the Crown's policies. Whether our struggle will rip Bretonia apart entirely, or, more likely, result in some form of compromise, we are always in need of skilled medical professionals as no war is without casualties.
Therefore, we would like to learn more about your organisation, and perhaps establish some form of cooperation. Let me know if you are interested in finding common ground.

Good day, Minister Burns,
It is an honor to speak with you. I see you have met Dr. von Goeben even if only briefly. He is good at a few things, a doctor, scientist and a diplomat. I do not hear a lot of his travels so it is good to hear of his contacts.
Now, the Bretonian Crown. If you know what happened on Gran Canaria, you then know why most of us have no love of the Crown. I deal with them only when I have to. There are some items I must purchase from Bretonian corporations that we do not make ourselves. As to the Mollys and Dublin space, I personally view Dublin AS Molly space and respect it as such so we try not to disturb you all more than we have to with our presence. I agree though, perhaps we can improve things between us.
Med Force Enterprises is based around medicine and research, everything from medicines to procedures to equipment so we seek medical minds, equipment and good in which to create them. My intelligence may be old but I hear Molly gold is the best around. I am certain that we could find a way to put some of it to good use in exchange for providing you all with some medical training and some staff to facilitate that. We would like the opportunity to sit down and figure something out.
One final question. Do you have any of that Molly whiskey around? I remember it in a card game I once played at Arranmore years ago. Good stuff.
Let us keep in touch.
Respectfully,
Dr. John Holliday

Good day, Doctor.
It is good to hear back from you. You know, I would have sympathised with the fate of Gran Canaria once, when I was young and had not joined the Mollys yet. It is no easy thing to be struggling against Bretonian imperialism, and I do not know if I would be able to make a different choice in their place with the information available at the time. And yet, the consequences of their aligning with pillagers from the Edge Worlds have cost our movement dearly. I do not see how that action preserved their freedom any more than the natural cycles of Gran Canaria's climate did. They merely cost us an opportunity to help each other. But that is in the past, and I will let this subject rest, for now.
I share your sentiment towards the Bretonian corporations, loathe as I am to admit that we must sometimes resort to acquiring their products through intermediaries when we are unable to seize them by force. It is a temporary state of affairs while our existence hangs by a thread we call the Path of Life. This initiative seeks to provide all our people with necessities and retaliate against the Crown's efforts to starve us out in our home.
Your offer of medical training is most welcome at a time like this. The purest gold in the sector is a small price to pay if we can preserve the lives of our people, and we are glad to accept help in training more nurses and doctors.
We are especially interested in any expertise you have in the field of cybernetic augmentation. My comrades would benefit greatly from replacement limbs, organs and artificial enhancements in their line of work, and we have a source of implants lined up, but we lack training for such complicated surgical procedures. Perhaps you can assist us there?
I am open to meeting in person for further discussion, though I imagine you have a busy schedule of your own. Let me know of a time when you can make the trip to Arranmore. Failing that, this channel will remain open.
Godspeed,
Matthew Jamie Burns
P.S. The whiskey is increasingly rare as we have had to resort to purchasing imported alcohol from the Junkers for our needs, but some of my kin keep a few bottles stashed away for emergencies.

Good Evening, Minister Burns,
Excuse my delayed response. Yes, we should get together. It has been some time since I last visited Arranmore so if that is acceptable, I can make my way there. Now I know the jump gate is closed so I will have to check my charts for the jump hole to Dublin.
Cybernetic augmentation is something that is a bit new to us. Sure, we have cybernetic limbs and such but new technology has been made available to us that we are still working with. It may be awhile before we are proficient with it but maybe we can figure things out. For the time being, I can provide a crew to visit, provide some training and even provide whatever medical services your people may need. I have a Corvo cruiser that I can send in if that is OK.
I look forward to that whiskey!!
Respectfully,
-Doc
