Officials and Officers,

The First Armada has been in the vanguard of Liberty's operations in recent years. It is no secret many of you consider us reckless and preferred to stand back as we conducted e.g. operations in Kansas.

Perhaps this is why you will find the following surprising - we believe the time has come to make peace with the Zoners. The Insurgency is long gone. The internment camps on Erie where refugees from Vespucci have been held had well over three years to conduct their trials - it seems unlikely that more time would be required, the Insurgents we needed to get we surely have gotten by now, and the threat has subsided.

The Zoners themselves report that the locals on Erie are simply going about their lives as time has healed old wounds, even with our presence and governance of the planet. And what's more important, one of the factions that denounces all violence has been gaining traction within the fractured Zoner voices and factions.

I am reaching out to hear any of your objections you believe might arise when it comes to moving towards the first step that needs to be taken - mutually moving on from the openly declared hostilities.
