it's been a while since we last spoke. I hope handling the Alliance's daily affairs hasn't put too much of a strain on you. It's important to get out of the office once in a while, you know?
The reason I'm messaging you is this. I haven't been able to help but notice that the Commander has been going on regular trips these past few years. Every other month or so for a few days. According to the memos, he has been attending summits of some kind, though they don't specify what sort or where or with whom. Now, given that he just recently left for another of these summits, I've gotten awfully curious about it. You know me, it's in my nature. After all, it's important for me to know what the Commander is getting up to, given our organizations' relationship hinges on his well-being.

Sender:Adjutant J. Royce Recipient:Emissary Subject:RE: Commander's absences
Emissary.
I'm under specific instructions to co-operate with anything you might need in the Commander's absence.
The Commander is currently attending a meeting on Barrier Gate Station regarding our recently acquired "trade network" - this is easily verified given the deployment of 4 honour guard to the station and the departure of the FRS No Time for Decompression.
These meetings have become more frequent after the slave revolt and blackout, which is an unsurprising turn of events given the state of Liberty's market for narcotics. The Commander's stated intent in this regard is to see us acquire more market share wherever possible. These meetings take place aboard Annex-C in a secure wing therein leased by the supplier. So it's unlikely you'll be able to meet him in person. However, his comms link is still active and I can patch him into this communication if needed.
Regarding his wellbeing, I see no reason to be concerned. A wellness check would have been prudent after the mutiny, seeing as he was highly erratic just before the incident and for months after the failed attempt to kill him. His overall temperament and attitude have returned to their expected norms. Some might be inclined to call his disposition as pleasant nowadays, but I don't partake in idle gossip.
I hope this clarifies things. Line's open if you need anything else.
