IDENT:Major Asher D. Oldston CALSN:"Cipher" RECEV:Reports SBJCT:Initial ENCPT:NOVEMBER-BLUE
This is the initial report for Section-41. I am taking command of the operations group. Some of you know me, some of you have only heard of me by reputation. Allow me to assure you that despite what you may have heard, I am a fair and understanding leader. I, however, do not accept failure nor to I abide by incompetence. You are here because you are the best--and I expect the utmost best from you at all times.
The operational background D.I.S.C.O.R.D. is up and running. If you are not familiar with this system, get familiar with it. If you lack the aforementioned intelligence to learn it, then perhaps you need to go back to working for the Navy or where ever you came from. Here, you will find missions, operational tasks, as well as assignments. Do not fail to look over the assignments and missions. Promotion opportunities and rewards are there that will help you become a better agent.
That is all for now. Welcome to Section-41.

IDENT:Major Asher D. Oldston CALSN:"Cipher" RECEV:Reports SBJCT:Earhart Report 1 ENCPT:NOVEMBER-BLUE
During a routine exploratory mission into Earhart and it's satellite systems, I came upon unknown entities within Earhart as well as the system designated "Uncharted 3". These ships followed me unless my stealth system was engaged. As my stealth systems were beginning to overheat, I departed the area and returned to normal space--specifically Vespucci. After departing the extra-spatial system, the strange ships appeared to disappear and not re-emerge.
Peculiar. I have seen other human vessels within this space but this is the first time I have witnessed extra-human vessels in those areas. More investigation is needed. I am planning another excursion into Earhart in the following days. We will see if these...visitors follow me again.

IDENT:Major Asher D. Oldston CALSN:"Cipher" RECEV:Reports SBJCT:LSF-RC-X1 Clearance ENCPT:NOVEMBER-BLUE
We have been given limited access to the LSF-RC-X1 project at Chesapeake. We've been tasked with retrieving items from Earhart and it's satellite systems. These items will be refined at █ █ █ █ █ █ Station and the refined materials delivered to Chesapeake where they will be researched, and potentially utilized, to develop further technologies that will be added to the LSF-RC-X1.
All access to the project is Need-to-Know and the only information we are privy to as of now is what items are required by the R&D teams onboard the station for development. If we are granted further access--such as testing--that information will be passed on as necessary.

We are getting reports of a mysterious new energy source located within the Satellite systems of Earhart. This object has been rumored to generate energy several magnitudes higher than that of normal energy systems. Your mission is to locate this mysterious source of power through intelligence gathering (inRP, do not metagame), obtain the item, and return it back to our Forward Operating Base, █ █ █ █ █ █ Station within [REDACTED] without being detected or destroyed by our enemies or other rival intelligence entities. Rewards: 10 million credits Repeatable?: Once only.

Earhart is as strange as it's satellite systems that regularly change. There are a multitude of wrecks within Earhart of Sirius and Liberty orgin that may have classified systems or data onboard that we need to ensure is erased, scrambled, or retrieved. We need you to get out there and fully inventory all of the wrecks and information on Earhart to ensure that Liberty is protected from her enemies. IDENT:Major Asher D. Oldston CALSN:"Cipher" RECEV:Reports SBJCT:Alaska Trespass #1 ENCPT:NOVEMBER-BLUE
I intercepted a Freelancer vessel within Alaska. I ordered them to halt and following a discussion, escorted them to Chadwick station where their navigation systems were scrubbed. Due to their compliance with my demands, they were not fined. A warning was issued to the violator and they were sent on their way. Their vessel was scanned and it was determined that they had no illegal cargo on their vessel. Strangely, the weapons systems within Alaska were not firing on them.
The vessel has been added to a watch list and we will be monitoring them while they are within Liberty space. Logs attached below.
Major Asher D. Oldston, "Cipher" Commander, Section-41
