Bootsmann Roth,
I am impressed that you have managed to collate your service history from as early as the Kusari War. I will certainly ensure that your promotion criteria are updated with the correct time in grade. As per our discussion, however, there are two more requirements you must meet before you may achieve the rank of Leutnant - your qualifications.
Korporal Beist will run you through your paces, as I believe he is also missing one of the requirements. Until your proficiency level reaches that of your peers, you will need to put in the required hours in the simulators. The Rheinwehr always needs quick thinkers, but at its core, it requires piloten who can put up a fight when accosted by our enemies.
You know what you must do, and I trust that you have the will to see it through. This is now your foremost priority before you are enabled to assume your new duties.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alfred Henze
Großadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
