You may expect Director Kamimura approaching you very soon regarding your future career within Samura Heavy Industries. It is reassuring to know that Samura Heavy Industries is capable of procuring materials even from the depths of Gallia if it becomes necessary. Your journey to Gallia is best kept to yourself, however.
Your payment has been sent. I will expect news from you regarding the remaining materials very soon.

Greetings, Imperial Prime Minister Miyasu Sanae.
The Kiroshima Maru has arrived back at Yokohama Shipyard from it's final tasking, spanning an exciting trip around Liberty, Bretonia and the Omega systems. It was our crew's first journey through the Omega systems, and whilst uneventful, it proved to be an exciting sight for the newer crew members.
We would like to thank you once again for your reports and comments to the director, and know that he will be happy to recieve these and know that his trust in my ship and crew was well placed, and a spot rightfully earned.
Receipt of delivery of 2,500 units of Copper and 2,500 units of Diamonds to Yokohama Shipyard can be verified below:
The Kiroshima Maru is now moored at Yokohama next to some older transport vessels, and will undergo routine maintenance to ensure smooth running and check for any damage from the asteroid fields encountered on the previous journey. The crew also have earned a well needed rest and relaxation and will be permitted to enjoy the local facilities until we are called upon again to serve.
We thank the empire for the opportunity for myself and the crew to prove ourselves. Glory to Kusari, and Long live Samura!

You arrived mere minutes after our own departure from Shinjuku Station. It would seem the vessel we picked up moored to Yokohama was indeed the Kiroshima then. I am pleased to hear that these roundtrips across the sector were beneficial to you and your crew.
Let me congratulate once more for your outstanding and truly magnificent display of your love to our great house. Should members of the Imperial Diet ever inquiry about reliable Keiretsu employees, I will gladly suggest you and your vessel to them.
Find both the last payment and a considerable bonus on the designated neural-net account. Perhaps I will have work for you in the nearby future again.
In service of his Imperial Majesty,
Imperial Prime Minister

Konnichiwa Mr. Ikeda Yamato and Sr. Sanae.
Samura wishes to express his gratitude for the opportunity to have served the Imperial Crown with our best services.
Commander Hidetoshi Sakai has already completed his report and I have it in my hands as I complete your ministry's request. Therefore, having verified the guaranteed success of this project entrusted to us, we believe that we will be attentive to any need that may arise and, if this happens, we already have a ship available to meet any unforeseen event that may arise. Just inform the Yokohama Office directly and the Shipyard Director will immediately let me know if he cannot meet the needs at the moment. And then I will immediately take the necessary measures, if only within my jurisdiction.
Furthermore, we are certain that Samura is on full alert to complete this shipbuilding mission.
No further;
Sayonara.
