Reproduction Steps:

• dock on pob
  
• login
  
• go to commodity trader
  
• open commodity trader window
  
• /shop
  
• close /shop window(s)
  
• reopen commodity trader window
  

Additional Information:
this is not new and also happened before the shop window had the navigation buttons

Known issue, honestly I have no clue how to even begin debugging this. It might just be a 'feature'. Also very low impact since it doesn't stop you from interacting with the window, and goes away easily.
