It has become realized in recent weeks there has been a violent rise in criminal and terrorist organizations throughout the sector. Both within and outside all of our borders. As the Insurgency falls its survivors jump to the winds to further infect others with their ideology and hatred for order. Like animals thrown out of their holes they skulk about and dig new ones. Creating new problems unless caged, and dealt with.

With time threats change, and so we must adapt to where they are. It is in the Quorum of the Republics belief we must revisit the Articles of the Harris and Lewes treaty for a developed solution, now that the Gallic Union has fallen into decay from the embargo. They are no longer the threat that we feared they could become. Though the future of the terraforming of Harris is still important to all of our nations future, and must be protected from new developing threats.

With the completion of the Republics operation deep within the taus, and striking a match to planet Malta. The CFV-Trident will be returning to Republic borders to bring security to the Tau highway once it withdrawals from Tau-23.

Whilst our own estimations regarding the Gallic Union might differ from your own, you are right to stress the need to draw everyone's focus back onto Planet Harris and its development.

We wish to postpone potential amendments to the current standing treaties until the situation permits us the freedom to discuss details in peace. The Empire - among the rest of the Sector - faces economic decline over the ongoing Dublin crisis. In an outstanding move, Kishiro Technologies reached out to our Bretonian partners to propose a solution. This solution requires the movement of vital goods across the Tau highway and we cannot guarantee it will remain undetected. To our understanding, the stability of the Tau highway has always been a task held in high regards by your Republic and we hope to count on your assistance to secure it from scoundrels for the purpose of these convoys and beyond once more.

We are convinced that the Dublin crisis mitigation actions need to enter phase two prior to any serious discussion on how to proceed with Planet Harris, especially in regards to the potential strain any further developments may put on our already pressured Bretonian friends. It might be a disappointment but our priorities are set for the time being, my apologizes.

No need for apologies Minister. I understand the stress of handling a currently developing situation. The Republic is ready to uphold its duty for peace in the Taus. Returning auxiliary forces returning from the CFV-Trident will be able to reinforce the HMS-Livingston garrison for immediate aid to the Tau-31 and 29 systems. With critical operations taking place currently, it would have been best if you contact the Republic sooner so we could be able to assist all members in the defensive pact. The Ministry of defense has sent me a report of the recent fall out of the ongoing battle for the Tau Highway. The opening battle within Tau-31 was an astounding victory for our forces, having broken a Maltese fleet. Our strategists presume this force was meant to retaliate against the Republic for our role in the Slave Rebellion's burning of precious rock they call home. Expecting to meet our forces in 44 they didn't realize we had reinforced the HMS-Livingston too meet them. Crayter forces have withdrawn to the New Castle system to rearm at Scarborough Shipyard where they are currently. Navy Command is currently working on the next actions for the fleet, with the defeat of the BAF fleet in the Leeds system we are left in a critical situation. Our options are few but clear.

• The Crayter Fleet can regroup with retreating BAF forces and mount a counter attack in the Leeds system.
  
• The Crayter Fleet can attempt to rendezvous with all remaining BAF and KNF forces in Tau-31 by traveling through the Leeds System without interception.
  
• Withdrawal of the Crayter Fleet to the Coronado system for full post operation service.
  

I hear KNF has had victory over the Blood Dragons, but the dragons dealt a great blow to the Imperial Fleet as well. How important are these supplies that so many lives have been lost in so few days? What are Kishiro shipping that is so critical? Surely enough has been done to secure passage from tau-29 through the Barrier Pass without risking further defeat in the Leeds system. It is possible to ship these materials through the Barrier, away from foreign threats but will only take a few days longer? I will send you their next movements as they develop.

Crayter's commitment has not gone unnoticed. We are proud and humbled to call your Republic among our friends and you are right to inquiry why all this bloodshed is necessary. I shall be fully transparent with you, you have earned it and it should put your military command at ease.

Kishiro Technologies, in full support of the Imperial Shogunate, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Economy and her Imperial Highness the Prime Minister, revealed a plan to alleviate the great strain put on the sector's economy over the Dublin crisis. The materials bound for delivery to Portsmouth Shipyard are crucial to guarantee the Bretonians the technological and strategic advantage required to reclaim the Dublin system from the Molly separatists. Deliveries of such a scale cannot remain undetected, thus it became a top priority to secure us the way into Bretonia even if it meant to paint the Taus blood red.

Whilst our forces took a hefty blow yesterday, the Naval Forces command ensured me that the criminal elements suffered much more - especially the Blood Dragons who foolishly stood together with Outcast forces. Our domestic troublemakers are virtually out of the picture for the time being, though we both know that Malta possesses ample reserve forces even now. The Naval Forces are ready to temporarily activate wartime forces from New Tokyo and transfer them to Kyushu, enabling our regular patrols to stretch as far as the Holman Junction to ensure strategic superiority in these parts.

We urge you to coordinate any current action with the Armed Forces Command but it is of our humble opinion that the Crayter battlegroup should be kept in reserve to act as emergency aid to the last parts of the Kishiro convoy. Their safe passage remains our top priority.

Crayter forces have already been exhausted from months in the deep Taus even before coming to aid in the houses last minute call. It was our fleet that broke the Outcast threat that, should they have passed through our lines, would have caused your operation to become a far worse situation. If the Crayter Navy pushes further, our service men will only be slowed down from exhaustion. Bringing greater risk of defeat. The Crayter Republic will be withdrawing our fleet from the New Castle System and return to Sabah Shipyard in the interest of the People of the Republic. We will not make our men turn back into fire after already surviving its burns.

The Great Houses can deal with their domestic issues that is in no doubt, as we will be doing so ourselves. Particularly in the system of Inverness. As Minister Ward has already mentioned the Insurgency has been spreading to different terrorist cells further inspiring this uprising in multiple houses. We suspect another uprising from Inverness in the coming months and must be put down to retain the order and freedom of the Crayter Republic. Though the Colony of Borneo is able to lend forces from Tau-44. Reinforcements can be extended from Tau-44 in the coming weeks once the Crayter Navy can organize escorts through the Tau-31/29 systems of the Tau Highway.
