Good day esteemed guildmasters and other high-ranking officials of the guild. My name is Iwakura Reiko, head of Iwakura Armaments, a manufacturing company that I have recently helped establish. Our current operations, successful as they may be, have made it all too clear the necessity of expansion into the borderworlds and beyond, where we can act unhampered by House interests. A feeling I am sure the Guild is all too familiar with.
If this expansion is to occur, however, we will require a steady source of refined metals, many of which the Guild is renowned for. It is to that effect that I am opening this line of communication, hoping to find in the Guild and its constituent organizations a discreet and reliable partner. From us you can expect a fair price for your product, above the market rate, as well as other perks we are open to negotiate on.
Should there be any other questions we can answer or issues we can help resolve, do not hesitate to ask.
Good evening, Madam Iwakura. My name is Jhilmal Asher, formerly the General Manager at Cardiff Mining Facility. If you are interested in refined metals, you have absolutely come to the right people. You certainly seem to have done your research as well -- most certainly, the Guild is quite familiar with the sentiments you express regarding the Houses and those who labour for and under them. You, then, have exhibited keen political and business sense in reaching out to us to establish a partnership.
Of course, there are always questions to ask before committing to such, in order to prevent any issues from arising further down the road. Firstly, the Guild is interested in your concern's projected business plan. I would assume that Iwakura Armaments is interested in constructing a space-side facility for manufacture of those commodities referenced in the name. If so, where would you intend to construct this facility? This may or may not impact our ability to provide shipments of material, especially at an industrial scale. If the location is especially favourable, we may also be able to negotiate provision of services from the Guild that extend far beyond mere delivery contracts.
The Guild is also interested in what other parties, if any, Iwakura Armaments has established or intends to establish relations with. On this point, we would implore you to speak freely with us, as you yourself have taken note of our discretion in such matters. As an example of the relevance of this point, we would certainly take issue if you were intending to work closely with organizations such as BMM, whereas other groups may not be so objectionable -- I'm sure you can fill in the blanks.
On behalf of the Independent Miners' Guild, Madam Iwakura, I thank you for extending the hand of cooperation to us and eagerly await your clarificatory response.

We have indeed begun constructing a space-side manufactury and R&D lab, currently operating in the Sigmas. More precise details would follow should the Guild decide to follow through with our contract.
At this moment we have only extended similar courtesies to APM aiming to acquire resources we need that can only be found in the deep Omicrons. In general we value whichever suppliers are most likely to respect the independence and integrity of our operations. As such most house corporations are starting at a disadvantage in our considerations due to their close connection they typically have to their respective governments.
This does not mean we may not negotiate with them in the future, as there are some refined metals such as aluminium and molybdenum that are unfortunately exploited exclusively by said corporations. Cooperation will never extend beyond these contracts, however, as we must carefully cultivate our neutrality, both for our safety and so that we can continue to sell our wares in the open market.
We hope you have found these answers satisfying, and thank you as well for your availability.

Miss Iwakura,
It is always nice to hear from organisations such as yours that value their independence and all it can offer. I am Mark Lathrop, director of New Dawn and I believe we can certainly come to some form of arrangement.
Without committing to anything just yet, I am interested to know what sort of materials you require principally. My organisation is primarily able to supply Diamonds, Gold and Iridium though we do occasionally take up the mantle of transporting silver for the Guild itself when required. I would also be interested to know the quantities and frequency of the materials you require so I can see how viable any potential deal we could make might be.
I will leave those questions with you and my colleagues in the Guild to continue their own discussions.
It is a pleasure to hear from yet another group within the Guild.
According to our logistics team we would require a running stock of 10 000 standard units of all refined metals currently exploited in the sector to comfortably meet incoming orders. If the New Dawn Initiative is available to help maintain these stocks when it comes to Diamonds, Gold, Iridium and Silver it would be an enormous help.
The exact periodicity of these deliveries is difficult to calculate however, seeing as it depends on the type and quantity of wares we sell and as we have yet to begin operations we have no data to extrapolate upon. We are nonetheless confident demand will be sufficiently high to require frequent deliveries.
