I am Major Brett Kensington of Battlegroup Ouroboros. As part of ongoing.. peacekeeping efforts in the Sigmas, a detachment of our special forces is seeking out shelter in the Sigmas and came across your installation, which was formerly owned by Iwakura Armaments.
We'd like to request docking and potential lodging if such can be afforded. Furthermore, we'd like to request a situation report if at all possible regarding any aggression your group has encountered in recent weeks in relation to your installation.

With all due respect, this is a Freelancer installation placed near a Freeport. Keep in mind you are in a no-fire zone whilst stationed here. In case you are already engaged in combat and wish to use the station for protection, staff will take no action to assure your safety. Read the fine print attached to our messages.
That being said, whatever else you do with your life is just a beautiful journey we shan't judge, and merely appreciate. Kuroneko believes all things are transient yet never change. As such it can't be helped.
We will provide any lodgings you require, as well as regular meals at specific hours. Whilst here you may enjoy all amenities the station offers. We heavily recommend the gallery and cocktail bar!
Kuronekos have been informed that your expenses are pre-paid for a rather long duration, so enjoy your stay within station rules.
The station itself has not been harassed at all, however a shipping company we employed in providing goods for us reported slight troubles with the local Gas Miner's Guild. While ourselves would endeavor to follow local laws to the best of our ability, we cannot actively attack any side in such disputes. Suffice to say we couldn't receive any adequate aid from Kusari sources, nor have been contacted by the Gas Miner's Guild themselves on the subject. Hopefully all of this trouble is resolved soon.

Good to see we are in agreement. We have no intent nor desire to involve hostile parties in your station's well being and we'll gladly take in the exhibits in our down time. That being said, I assume your contractors are Weiss? We've had brief contact with them and intend to render support to them in the area as they and others seem to be dealing with harassment from the GMG.
A word of warning: The GMG seems to be quite content with ruling the Sigmas with an iron fist. It's for this reason, and others, that we have not the most amicable disposition towards them - as this has resulted in many of our men losing their lives at their hands. That being said, we do not wish to bring the Kuroneko Collective into our quarrel. And we will defend the installation in the unfortunate circumstance that the GMG does bring might to bear upon it. The last thing we want, is for the fate of FOB Maehara to repeat here.
If you wish to speak to my commander, she will be present on the station as well, as she has a vested interest in the operations in the region. Either I, or her - will be able to answer any questions for you.

Kuroneko will abstain from commenting on the political situation in the system. We do sympathise with the plight of all involved, but cannot do more than provide amenities, lodgings, and event organisation for any souls caught in the crossfire.
As for your assumption, we have indeed contracted Weiss Shipping for supply. If you are providing escort services for the company, we thank you for protecting the supplies. This does not mean we officially endorse your actions against any party besides the protection of cargo shipments to Tanegashima. Since it seems your party is aware of this and will respect it, we will continue providing respectful service to our customers on the base.
We extend our condolences to the lives lost in your conflict with the Gas Miner's Guild, however would like to point out an armed organization's Forward Operating Base is not an arthouse gallery and hotel service, and would invite more trouble than our facility. We consider an event whereby a veteran corporation such as the Gas Miner's Guild attacks space stations dedicated to culture for whatever reason to be unrealistic in Kusari space. Especially outside of wartime.

This is more of a forewarning as the GMG proactively goes after installations of all kinds throughout the Sigmas that are not sanctioned by the Guildmaster. Whilst we will respect the base as a neutral installation and refrain from conflict with GMG operators on the installation should they appear, I kindly advise you keep that in mind. Maehara may have been a military installation - but it was not the only installation that has met the firing end of a GMG gunboat.
The miners are not your friends. And if they seem like they are, be wary - for they're as conniving as their keiretsu associates. It's for this and many, many more reason why we find camraderie with the IMG and not their gas-mining contemporaries.
