Additional Information: Bethlehem supposedly has a synth foods biodome, harvests water and manufactures consumer goods a la the infocard description, among whatever other participation in the economy they may have, but the only thing they're happy to saddle you with is mining containers. Maybe they're taking Zoner isolationism really seriously

• Step 2: Attempt to buy their [Consumer Goods] or any other commodity
  
• Step 3: Realize they aren't selling any commodity besides mining containers
