Bug: The Xenos landing site on Pittsburgh sells exclusively mining ships, but someone forgot to add the Mining array to the dealer list.
Reproduction Steps:

• Dock on the landing site.
  
• Buy Surveyor/Scraper/Arrastra.
  
• Realize the equipment dealer has no Mining arrays for sale.
