"Gentlemen, I realize that tensions have been rising between our groups lately as we have denied the Corsair empire any access to new developments in Order spacecraft technology. You'll understand there was plenty of reason behind this act, and we will still continue to closely guard the schematics and construction of many of our new craft - this is done due to resource limitations and matters of security, and not as an attack against the honor or integrity of the Corsairs."
"That said, I would like to open negotiations about the use of several of our new craft by the Corsairs, and what we can expect in return. Each of our organizations has nearly an entire fleet at it's disposal, ranging from fighters to battleships. Understandably the Corsairs already have access to our Osiris battleship schematics, as those were the object that founded our alliance with one another."
"However, we have noticed that the Corsair Praetorian bomber, while favored by many Corsair pilots as a sturdy vessel, many others view it as slow and inadequate against some of the newer, more manuverable outcast craft, as well as hessians in other parts of space."
"Likewise, the Order does not have a light fighter of our own construction, and we are finding that the higher mass of heavy fighters has negative effects on our stealth generator prototypes. To that end, we need a lighter, more manuverable, and lower mass frame to use as a testbed for these generators in order to ascertain their usefulness in future operations against both Liberty and alien threats such as the Nomads and Phantoms."
"The initial proposal here is to exchange schematics for the Sehkmet Bomber for those of the Decurion Light Fighter. This trade benefits both of us equally, I believe. I await a response."
Kimura, what a surprise, after your rude and disrespectful tact with us, when you find yourself in need of something, you come back to us. While I only speak for myself, my thoughts are that you can go jump off of a very tall building.
Hm, Hm, Hm.
Funny. Do you remember how you screamed when we asked for using osiris class battleship? you was angry as devil and now you are asking us for a light fighter? my answer is similar to miguels answer: Go and ask nomads for light fighter...
Dear Senorita Kimura!
You offer is kind of weird as Senor Globalo said already, besides even if we must forget about our tensions conserning Osirises Battleship - We have our own bomber for first and for second it will be very funny to see Order flying our Decurions. I think the Liberty or BHG will be very confused, about this ship mixing, however we do not have Carrier class ship, so this is wonderfull opurnity... when the Elders agree I am sugesting to give The Order clearence to use our Light Fighters in exchange of permissiong from Order High Command for Corsairs Empire to use Your "Geb" Light Assault Carriers. Ofcourse it is just spontanic sugestion.
I sugest You dear Aki and Elders should think about it...
With all respect for Order and Elders:
Overlord Revan

You, of all people, now propose an exchange of technologies?
In 796 AS our empire made the folly of agreeing to such an exchange, to be given nothing more than the stripped out shell of a sub-battleship with it's advantages robbed.
Today, 11 years later the Order are once again on our doorstep asking for technology in exchange for one of their pitiful and no-doubt deliberately handicapped ships.
Firstly, Kimura, you are mistaken if you think that we have any need for a Light Bomber. You are well aware of the capabilities of our ship designers; if we had had any need of Lighter Bomber, Tripoli Designs would have provided us with a fleet of them.
I will not go into the specifics of the capabilities of our ships, as I do not consider you worthy of such intelligence, but rest assured one of our newer ship classes fills this role adequately.
Secondly, particularly due to the attitude of the Order over recent months, no self respecting Corsair would be seen dead flying any ship emblazoned with Order decorations.
It is my own opinion, that given the pitiful returns we have received from previous arrangements with the Order, and the ill-will provided by yourself, that if the Order find it's arsenal lacking in strike vessels, that is their own problem.
You have nothing of value to offer us in exchange for Light Fighter technology which, I'm sure upon acquisition, you would attempt to reverse engineer without sharing with us the developments.
(It's no co-incidence that after a few months with a few of our M26 Gunboats in your possession, you suddenly developed your own Gunboat class with technological upgrades you refuse to share with us).
I appeal to my fellow Corsairs not to be lured into this trap. This commander has on many occasions in the past proven to have no respect for our empire, and to be untrustworthy in the extreme.
The Order are scavengers of technology. They will reverse engineer any technology given to them, enhance it with alien knowledge, and then not share the spoils. After that, it's only a matter of time before once again, they lose interest in this "alliance", and we will find ourselves no better for it. This Order commander is not trying to buy Light Fighters, she is trying to buy the capability for the Order to produce their own without our help. Do NOT let the Corsair Empire be sold short.

Carlos, hermano...
I completely agree.
The Brotherhood joins the Benitez famillia in denying this offer at the present time. We have no need for a light bomber since, as Carlos has so rightly pointed out, this niche has been filled by one of our newer developments.
You will have to do better, much better, if you would like the Corsairs to give any ground on further technology sharing pacts now or in the future. Let me give you a hint on just how much better your offer will have to be: They should include at the very least, plans to either your Carrier or your Destroyer.
There is an opinion circulating amongst the majority of the Corsairs, that the Order has already gained much more out of this alliance than we have. We ensured your survival, but as Carlos stated, all we got in return was the shell of a battleship and a handful of weaponry that we didn't need. Perhaps this is the opportunity that could quell some of those views? I've already outlined a few of the options that you have.

"Not exactly the responses I was expecting. I suppose we will have to take the offer elsewhere, then. I do find it a bit laughable that the Corsair factions expect us to exchange carriers for light fighters, after we already gave them a battleship when they had none of their own."
"As far as we are concerned, the Order has given out far more than the Corsairs in our 'alliance', with little in return. You gained a Battleship in exchange for a power core and a few dozen weapons, and when we deny you our most advanced technologies due to strained resources and obvious reasons of security, you break the alliance like little children having their toys taken away."
"I'll be returning this response to the High Command, it seems the Corsairs are not worth this alliance any longer."

And now you show your true colours, Kimura.
Two factions refuse your offer, so you cancel the alliance. In the world of Aki Kimura, it seems there is only a fine line between trade and blackmail.
You claim all we have ever offered were power cores and weapons. I needn't remind you, Kimura, that when your people arrived in the Edge region you had nothing but the Osiris and a small settlement on Toledo. When you needed ships, it was WE that provided you use of our shipyard and expertise. Your fleet of fighters and bombers all exist as they are today due to Corsair knowledge and expertise.
Your arrogance is unfathomable. You seriously believe that an empire that day after day maintains wars on 6 fronts can be threatened an organisation such as yours?
Any deterioration in relations between the Order and the Corsairs is your doing, Kimura. This deal was doomed the moment high command chose YOU to present it. If your superiors have any wisdom whatsoever, they would do well to nominate a different representative for communications between us. ---------------------Transmission Ends----------------------

"The decision to restrict others from access to our newer craft was not mine alone, it was a unanimous call by all members of the High Command. I had the unpleasant task of setting forth the terms to our allies, and while I do still agree with the decision in principle I would appreciate it if you'd ease up off my back about it. Ever hear the term 'dont shoot the messenger', elder? Unlikely..."

My issues with you are hardly about vessels, Kimura. As I have stated many times, I have no interest in ever flying any of your pitiful excuses for ships.
I have received apologies in the past, from Order High Command, concerning your disrespect for our empire. Don't claim that they condone it.
I have lived amongst the people of House-space, spent years incarcerated in a Bretonian prison. I am well aware of the prejudices against Hispanics that are widespread across Sirius.
Your attempts to sabotage all good will between the Order and the Corsairs has nothing to do with protection of your technology.
I expect you just don't like our kind.
You wanted some of our technology. Two out of the 3 clans adressed have refused your offer.
If you don't get what you want, live with it. Don't go devoting effort to exacerbating the situation by attempting to convince High Command to sever ties. I'm sure the rest of the Order are wise enough not to share your prejudices.
It is unwise to blackmail pirates. ---------------------Transmission Ends----------------------
