I am Nodoka Hanamura, founder of the revolutionary front now rudimentary battlegroup, Ouroboros. 8 years ago, we sought out to pursue much of the same aspiration of your predecessors in the Commonwealth of Liberty, and its' Hellfire Legion paramilitary, in Kusari. However, a series of mistakes, bad luck and poor timing cost us dearly, and caused us to resort to deep space transit to avoid detection by the Kaigun as we repositioned to the Taus. Such aspirations backfired when we lost our flagship to what correlation of OSINT on the neural net, and MASINT of the incident, is the one and same energy burst that crippled the Sirian Jump Gate network years ago.
We are currently enroute to the Tau Corridor and are in subluminal cruise after having been in Cryosleep for most of our conventional flight, expecting to be in known space within 45 days. I normally would not divulge such things, but from what I understand, you are someone of close relation to Navarch Leviathan, a man who I have a somewhat decent history with. Ouroboros' aspirations, as a result of.. a multitude of factors, is to both rebuild our numbers, build relations with potential allies, and in the mean time, potentially, deploy our forces, what remains, at least - to support Auxesian and Promethean operations. To what extent - will depend on what is to come from a discussion with Leviathan in the coming months.
That being said, I wish to open a line of communications betwixt Ouroboros and Prometheus, and form a relationship ergo - both of us pursue a free and prosperous future for our respective houses, rid of their multivarious plights. And whilst we are not ready to take the fight to Kusari, and likely will not be for some time - we are more than willing to, after being denied the first time around, express our vexation and anger against what I can only see as a mutual eyesore for the both of us - the fascists of the Liberty Government who are busy oppressing the people of Erie, and the insufferable xenophobes of the - well, Xenos.
Pursuant to a contingency plan we formulated prior to our departure in 826, An array of Unmanned Astronomic Systems have been activated and are commencing reconnaissance across Sirius, primarily focused on intelligence gathering that is not already covered by our local AGIs running a neural net wide crawl for OSINT that is digested into usable intel. This includes assessment of OPFOR installations and assets, COMINT of HVTs across our expected AOR, and MASINT of the weapons capabilities of various parties. One thing of note, that we are lacking, is intelligence on Victoria Knight, and BATGRU Harmony. To what we can understand, there was some sort of presence of their forces in Vespucci during the defense of the system against the Liberty Navy.
As a.. obligatory remark - our central command offers its' deepest condolences for the tragedies at both Guadalajara and Leniex. Our IMINT and MASINT gathered through aformentioned UASes, shows that Liberty truly left no stone unturned and showed no quarter. To say watching the footage felt like a stroll through a graveyard littered in mass graves is a gross understatement.
On the matter prior - To our understanding, Harmony is collaborating with the Liberty Free Republic - or as my.. more colorful commander of our snubcraft command had put it - "Racist Space Rednecks". My.. combined opinions of simultaneous aptness and disapproval of that aside, We have yet to, even with extensive repeat UAS patrols of our planned AOR, which includes Ontario, California, Inverness, Coronado, Cortez and Magellan - to find this ship. It also evades us that their supposed headquarters at Fort Ramsey lacks a drydock, which leads me to ask where the Harmony or that Overlord-class, the Liberty Rose is getting maintenance from. That being said, I am open to whatever intelligence you have and can afford us on the Harmony, as well as their abettors, most notably, the man known as 'Cobra'.
On the Erie front, We have some bits of information about a movement known as the PLF. My ties to Zoner society, as former Administrator of Freeport 11 and a veteran of the Order Raid on Fort Carthage - have given me a fealty to Zoner society - for it is the people of Freeport 11 who welcomed me into the fold after being alone for quite some time. Suffice to say, as diverse and vast as Zoner society is, I speak on a personal level in this, that the plight of Erie reaches to me personally, both from my time in Freeport 11, and from the days after my exile from Kusari, where I spent time there getting by as a freelance miner working with Orbital Spa and Cruise.
I would appreciate if you have point of contact with the PLF that I could reach out to, to assess their needs and provide whatever resources Ouroboros may afford at our disposal to their cause, as well as what they know about the forces we are facing in the Pennsylvania AO.
I know that matters such as this, are a two way street. That being said, we are willing to, given our limitations at this time, to pursue reconnaissance and intelligence gathering to assist Prometheus in their operations, as well as whatever else we can afford to Prometheus at this time, and in the future.

I, uh. That's a lot ta take in all at once. I'll do my best t'address your points in order, but first, I'll give a small introduction. My apologies for the late reply, we've been quite busy lately as I'm sure yer lads in Inverness have conveyed to ya.
Task Force Prometheus consists of the remnants of the Hellfire Legion, brought together under our common cause, in service to the fulfillment of our oath to Liberty and the people of the Commonwealth. From the sounds of it, ye've already heard about what's become of them, an' your sympathies are appreciated.
While none of us are fans of empires, whatever sort they may be, we have no desire t'antagonize Kusari in any respect, least of all for the effects it may have upon our hosts in the Technocracy. How the tables've turned, in that respect, where once the Legion hosted them, much to the False Republic's umbrage, and now they host us... but that's neither here nor there. So, while many of us can sympathize with Ouroboros's desire t'effectuate change in the Empire to the North, it ain't somethin' we can be caught openly doin', nor is it our primary cause nor goal.
As to yer deployment to assist us, I've already met one of yer men in person. Major Kensington, if memory serves, against hostile assets in Inverness. Ya've already drawn first blood before even hearin' from us in an official capacity, so that die is cast. I appreciate th'enthusiasm, but it leads to suspicions about motive and commitment when a group I've never heard of is so eager ta throw their lot in with us on the presumption of similarity of ideals based on eight-years-outdated info an' a smatterin' of eyewitness accounts relayed through drones.
So, if'n you'll forgive me, I find meself obliged to ask what, exactly, it is yer hopin' to accomplish by fightin' and bleeding and dying alongside Promethean, Technocrat, and Zoner men so far from yer stated targets. While we'll happily take the assistance in the field, any deeper cooperation will be conditioned by your mid- and long-term intents. Ever since the Bloodletting of Vespucci, our plans must be laid not merely in the weeks an' months, but in the decades as well.

It's a pleasure to hear from you.
Firstly, I want to reassure you our diplomatic aspirations are primarily that towards likeminded parties. We've already reached out to the RPA and the Platform, with modest success, in pleading our case. Ouroboros has no intent, or desire to involve Prometheus in the eventual turning of our gaze to the north in any direct capacity. We are adamant about maintaining INFOSEC and OPSEC regarding coordinating with Auxesia and Prometheus, and do not want to cause undue burden. We understand that cooperating or having at least neutral relations with Houses you are not directly at war with, is vital to ensuring potential state actor backing if it may be of benefit to the cause. As such we're more than willing to support you at 'arms reach', if you're willing to afford us that.
As for why we are involving ourselves - myself personally, have ties to Auxesia dating back several years, and felt an obligation to aid and abet the defense of Inverness. However, due to the limited resources that we have, I only sent small contingents of forces out to the Area, which returned to their designated staging areas out of the AOR as of yesterday.
In relation to Erie and working with your group - that is two fold. If you would refer to OSINT regarding Freeport 11, you will find I was the former administrator there for a period of time. Freeport 11 for a time, was my home. The people there afforded me kindnesses that they rarely did, to outsiders. Primarily due to what hell I had gone through to get there.
I was born in 2142 AD, prior to the colonization of Sirius. My father was a officer in the alliance who hailed from Liberty's predecessor, who later went on to wed my mother, born in Japan, Kusari's predecessor. Me, my sister, my mother and youngest brother, had to flee Sol and leave my father behind, as he and his ship, the ANS Covington, defended us against the oncoming Coalition forces as we were aboard the Kusari, in formation with the rest of the sleeper ships that brought your forebears here. I am willing to provide records for the matter to prove I am not lying to you. When I woke up in 822 AS, I came to the realization my siblings were long gone, and I had been kept for experimentation by the Kusari State. When I escaped their Kishiro-run laboratory in New Tokyo, I came to see a disgusting sight of my homeland having been corrupted and regressed into an a repressive society of feudalism and misogynistic and xenophobic oppression, which has changed little in the intervening years.
I fled south to Liberty, in hopes to start again, on Erie. For a time, working for OSC as a freelance miner. Eventually as the Harmony turned its' guns on Liberty and the hell that ensued, me and my two AI companions fled West to Rheinland only to meet a Zoner along the way. Outside of Pennsylvania, I never had contact with any other Zoners, and she offered to take to her home, Freeport 11. I found myself at home in short order, taking small jobs and finding camraderie among fellow residents on the periphery of known space. However, as time went on, The aggression that the Core waged against the Freeport came to a close, and peace was ascertained. Or.. it would be, were it not for Golanski and Order Overwatch.
During the defense of Port Carthage and Freeport 11, I and many of my comrades who would later join me in forming Ouroboros, with me commanding the ZCV Dragostea and ZCV Rathgrith. After Carthage fell, our Administrator was threatened under penalty of nuclear annihilation of all Zoner installations within range of their primary fleet -- something I will never let that psychopath Golanski live down - and he resigned. Knowing the people of 11 needed a leader to see them through all this, I took the mantle when no one else had.
Eventually, I fufilled my duties and departed, handing administration over to Saskia Alexander, and departing with Dragostea in tow, to Inverness - where amidst the combat I had earned a reputation with the Technocracy, even being afforded the opportunity to visit Valravn with my AI companions, who had since acquired shells to reside within.
I don't think it requires further explanation - that with all of the aforementioned that has happened, to me - to my homeland, to Sirius - that I have the chip on my shoulder that I have. That my father - died for this insufferable mess of nightmares that people call houses to exist. That my mother and loved ones died not knowing where I had gone. That those who bore the Hanamura name, never got the opportunities that I had gotten. That so many other families suffered the same fate. That these insufferable imperials forced their feudalistic ways upon us, oppressed us, and then fed our successors lies about our past to justify their reign. And that suffering persists to this day, all the while the fools in the Gen'an and Blood Dragons wish to push their own flavors of the same exact hell, that our people have been in for 800 years.
To be honest with you, Miss With. Ouroboros is just as much about wanting my personal injustices righted, as it is establishing a better home for my people. The defense of Erie is part of a promise I made to myself to protect Zoner Society from foreign injustices where I could. Erie is a cause that a lot of us, even with our aspirations to return to Kusari, want to help push back against, in the hopes the people there can be free, much like how we wish for our own people to be free. We are made of wajin and gaijin, who both yearn for a Kusari that carries with it the values I remember from my short time in Nihon. We were not perfect. But we were certainly much, much better than... this.
Our intentions are straightforward. We wish to assist our allies in their respective theaters where our resources allow, in the hopes, in some capacity, it may be reciprocated down the line in one fashion or another. This is not to say there is no deeper sympathies. The Commonwealth definitely inspired me and others to undertake a similar approach to a state in exile when we attempted to do so, and we both share the sentiment that Liberty is an insufferable fascistic oligopoly that lacks any capacity to care for its' people properly, and that the cause of the Hellfire Legion was a preferable alternative to such a state for anyone aware of how truly 'free' they were in the house that ironically shares lineage with my father's birthplace.
We are here because much like Prometheus, like the Landwirtrechtbewegung - we have been beaten, and we have been bruised, but we are not broken. We will not bow to the fates and accept the status quo, much like I would sooner slit my own throat than forgive what that abominable corporation and their state backers did to me, to my family, to Kusari.
In regards to our mid-term plans, we plan to reinforce our allies in the region whilst building up our combat effectiveness and force projection to sufficient levels. In the long term, we hope to move our operations back towards the north. Whilst we'll intend to help out where we can, our focus at that point will be a shift towards our true goals, aimed at the North.
