Different Junker groups is a great idea, in my opinion. It really fits in with the overall feel, I've what I think, the Junkers are all about. Separate states that will join when needed for a singular cause.
I will have to agree that the 'Independence' part of the title can be confusing. Though I get the idea. I would suggest moving toward changing it. Maybe something like, Junker Rights Movement. If only to alleviate confusion.
As for the pirating. Junkers are opportunist. (Generally speaking.) They'll take what they can get, when they can get away, scott free. In order to keep their quasi-legal status, brazen piracy might not be a good idea.
Certainly not in the house systems. So I would suggest only pirating in border and outer world territories. Legal entities are not really going to see .:j:. or JRM. They'll see Junkers. However, I would like to see more piracy for actual loot, not cash. I think the Junkers could fit that bill. Specific technologies not available to certain clients. Since Junkers are know for their technological craftiness, I think this could work well. And maybe could tie in with the parts supplying to Gallia.

Hello Otsego,
what you wrote reflects very much our point of view and I believe a guy like you would feel kind of home
within the [Junker]s and could participate a lot in our development.
About the pircay thing, we don't pirate too often and if, like you proposed yourself, we usually don't do
it in housespace and we don't pirate potential friendly ones as well, also we don't ask fior cash 99% of
the time but for cargo we can make good use of.
The "factionname" will stay as it is for the moment, what changes the future will bring is something else
and will have to be discussed.
The Junker Congress and the Junker Naval Services are different groups/factions, with different goals
and also different codes of conduct, we may be allied with them but we represent the Junkers base, not
having too much additional rules/laws/restrictions, we do what Junkers do as they're individuals not
willing to be controlled too much (in RP). That's what makes us different and equal the same time.
If you're interested in joining us, fly with us, lets get known to eachother, think about it, then make a
decision.
Junker Ashley was still flying the Bretonian Train when I checked players online hours ago - any update on this? I'm fairly sure this would require a special RP request.
Ok gents, due to the fact this is an unofficial posting, unfortunately you don't get to continue the blatant
faction recruitment. Cough up the 500 million, and we'll happily move it to the creation section.
Oh, and Mr Ashley currently resides in Bastille ... A slight problem with the ship/ID combo.

As the thread is unlocked again I did the following changes as spoken.
1. Topic subtitle modified to "Feedback for our unofficial group/faction"
2. Memberlist has been deleted.
3. Added reminder not to apply for membership on the forums.
If there are any further changes necessary I'd appreciate to be notified.
[Junker]_Ashely - this char has been deleted as I was informed, even
though there wasn't a sanction report.
I hope everything is fine now and we can use this thread as a feedback thread
to assist our further developement.
