Bug: Superior Paradox Cyst is broken

Reproduction Steps:
  • Get a Nomad Battleship with a Vagrant ID and a Superior Paradox Cyst
  • Have 6 people try to jump through it

The thing is supposed to have unlimited Jump Hole Traffic limit, as is advertised in its infocard, but during tonight's raid, only five ships were able to pass through before the jump hole closed. Others couldn't.

Fix awaiting release, deploying with next server restart.

Turns out the system wasn't processing repeated F3 mashing correctly. Reminder that Jump Drive JHs will not collapse while there's at least one ship is actively transiting the jump hole. Sit patiently in docking queue and you will be processed. (And if not, @Aingar with video of the incident)
