To whom it may concern,

My name is Sarah Pierce, a Colonel with the Order's Legacy of Orillion cell, operating nearby. I've no doubt you've received information pertaining to a joint Liberty/Crayterian operation within Inverness, as have we. I'm submitting this to the administration, or to whom would be superior to such a position at this time, in an effort to notify the Zoners of Freeport 14 that our ships will likely be operating within Inverness in an effort to ensure Nomad activity is kept in check.

I wish to be forthcoming, and to assure the Freeport's administration, or superiors at this time, that any vessels under my command that will be operating in Inverness will keep out of your station's generally understood No-Fire-Zone to the best of their ability under normal operational parameters. Furthermore, any vessels under my command will of course be open to any coordination against any potential Nomad or infected forces that threaten Freeport 14 or the Zoners thereof. In furtherance of this, I am more than happy to forward a list of the vessels I have authorized to transit Inverness for the time being to the station administration, or superiors at this time, in an effort to coordinate and better understand local traffic.

My people have standing orders to not utilize Freeport 14 under any circumstance for supply unless under emergency circumstances, and only with the authorization of an official representative of Freeport 14's administration, or any superiors at this time. I am hopeful that we can reach an understanding so that our activity within Inverness does not interfere with the livelihoods or the safety and security of the denizens of Freeport 14.
