Subject: Subspace Static

Hello, Technocracy.

Our transit within Inverness is usually met with silence, at some times encountering a small group around Freeport 14. Our station's I/O antennae is also trained to eliminate the standard noise that is present with the other stations surrounding the Salvage Yards. My message today is to inform you of something new we have noticed. Over the last day, we have picked up a higher than normal subspace frequencies. At this time, we are unable to distinguish if they are caused by said stations, or if they are encrypted communications or any other low-band packets being sent back and forth. I am curious if you are the source of such faint disturbances? If not, I would like to request any information on what is causing it.

Most importantly, if there is any need for concern. It would be most appreciated if you have anything to share on this.

As always, Godspeed

DISPLAYING MESSAGE

Albert McKenzie, thank you for reaching out.

Several hours ago, word had reached us that an impending offensive was to be launched from the West Aviemore Nebula with leaked intent from the LSF to assault the locals. We suspect they'll use this opportunity to widen the net and strike at the Technocracy and related infrastructure. It's advised that the Starfliers avoid conducting any expeditions at this time, due to mounting security concerns on all sides. We believe beyond the LSF and Crayterians, that this will give way to opportunistic entities to strike at infrastructure and neutral parties alike.

Furthermore, The Military of the Technocracy on my behalf would like to enlist your aid. As we understand it, a vessel of yours remains stored within our facility. It is our hope that you share our concern for the safety and well-being of our shared home, and would ask that this vessel be conscripted to provide logistical relief to the Zoner community and their defensive forces. I know your people are not fighters, nor would I ask you to take up arms in a time like this, but as neighbors it is our duty to stand strong and hold the line so our home does not collapse to outside aggression.

We'll be organizing a series of shipments in the next few hours from outside parties, and ask that your personnel aid in distribution of resources to the Zoners.

Subject: Velorum's Aid

Hello, Navarch Leviathan.

Is this transmission true? Most times I do stay away from the news as I am too focused on my work, but this is most definitely troubling if it is accurate.

The Velorum is moored on our Research Complex, we were intending on deploying the vessel in Cologne, however based on this new information it may be beneficial for us all to station it here. A skeleton crew remains to keep the ship operating, they have been advised of the news and are willing to stay on board to help you. Deploying it in a defensive position to help with relief is something I can agree on.

We will need extra hands to ensure the relief effort is not bottlenecked. Outside of this, the '\S/'RCV-Velorum can be temporarily commanded by your own staff, as we do not want to risk the lives of more Starfliers to this upcoming invasion.

Until further notice, we will remain locked in and secure within our station. We have informed your delegates on our station to move the Velorum out towards the Citadel for any preparations.

As always, Godspeed
