PoB Recipe Hydroponics not working as intended?

Bug: Hydroponics not working correctly?
Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Supply pob with Water, Fertilisers and Basic alloys
  
• Step 2 take screenshots of /base supplies tab as a status update for the pob internally with the owners.
  
• Step 3 Notice theres a trend with Oxygen decreasing, but not the Food it creates, and that Water isnt dropping as fast.
  
• Step 4 Check the pob recipe and notices it lists the stock of WATER and Food needs to drop off.
  

Additional Information: Two different days of supply stocking to make maintenance easier, Oxygen is missing max stock even though it should be consuming the same amount as Food supplies that the Hydroponics is crafting. Images below:

Fixed next restart. "Broken" instances of this recipe will need to complete one loop to fix themselves after that.
